UPDATE!
It’s the entire store! From the manager to the girl that checked me out to Mark who also assisted me! Might sound silly but it was just so refreshing. You just don’t get that in retail anymore. I was there around 3:00pm on 3/29/22 if corporate is curious.

This store was recommended to us by a friend so we decide to go and check it out…I bought some tools and I had to return one of them because it wasn’t needed at the end of the day…I had some inconvenience with other managers trying to get half of my money back and I don’t think they did anything for me because i never got any answers from them at all. I had to go back for the 3rd time and the manager’s name who finally helped me was STEPHANIE SHE TOOK OVER MY SITUATION AND SHE FIX IT ASAP.
She has a grate costumer service very polite and kind she has the time for all your questions with out giving any type of face expression or frustration SHE GETS THE JOB DONE!!!.

Bad customer service... Trying to get a weed eater... Ask cashier if she can call someone to help.. also ask to couple associates that walk by .. typical answer I'LL BE THERE IN A MIN. waited for over 30 minutes to get a weed eater.

I personally went this store for the same product last week. I asked but the product was not even in stock. I have not had much luck with you merchandise I visit the store when I go to Rockler.

The last three times I've ordered online the product shipping date suddenly changed at checkout (once I've already gotten to the final step) and showed the item as "backordered" with a delivery date 30-60 days in the future. If I wasn't paying close attention I wouldn't have noticed it. This is probably an inadvertent software error/bad design (final inventory check down late in the check-out flow) but it *feels* deceptive and should be addressed ASAP. Otherwise the experiences have been good, and the website is well organized.
