A great place to shop outstanding customer service, quality merchandise, speedy checkout, clean store. I highly recommend this place. Beware shopping here can be addicting.

The sales people were friendly & cooperative, when we told them we wanted one smaller than the 30,000 BTU they told us how to order on-line, which we just did.

We bought a stihl backpack blower from the Plano location back in august. We moved to forney in the passed couple of months so this location is much closer. Honestly after my recent experience, I’d drive over an hr to just go to this location. The help I received from specifically Amanda, in the parts, was way above and beyond the call! We were having issues with our insurance on the backpack but she called for us and made sure we were MORE than taken care of! Thank you so much to Amanda for taking care of us!

I was in the Garland store a couple of days ago, and it was a great experience. I could not find what I needed on the shelf so Jason let me have the display one. He made sure it was complete and helped me load it. My wife and are seniors and it was nice to find a young person so dedicated and cheerful. Northern Tool of Garland gets 5 stars for a neat, well laid out, well stocked store with great employees. Thanks Jason.

I always like one special lady at the Garland store. She wears glasses and has dark hair. Her attitude and willingness to help are just great. I wish I could tell you her name...

Plumbing is bad at this store!?!?
That’s what the manager said when I asked where the restrooms were.
Seriously! The manager! Lol What was sad to me was that you could tell he was lying. He says “All the plumbing just blew up and they have people coming in”. Who’s they? What people?
Good thing Harbor Freight has good plumbing!

I’m not usually compelled to leave reviews, but my experience at Northern Tool in Garland was absolutely fantastic. The manager Marcos and his team were helpful beyond their obligations, personable, and overall delightful in their treatment towards me and the other customers I saw in the store. Thank you!
