Called for service on Christmas morning! John responded within 15 minutes. The other 5 places I called on Christmas Eve didn't even call me back. We discussed the furnace issue and he said he would be there by afternoon. He was there by 1 and the repair was completed by 1:30ish. I know who I will call for all my rental properties now.

We have used All Hours for a number of years and remain a satisfied customer. Quality, professionalism, and fair price are outstanding. Ben is a excellent repair man.

The AC in my apartment stopped working. Ben came to my building at 10pm and got everything working again! He was got here quickly and was extremely helpful! These guys are really great. I won’t call anyone else!

We have used All Hours for many years. They have always been great to work with. They allowed us to use some of their own equipment until they could service our air conditioner. I can't say enough nice things about the installers. Quality of work is excellent. We believe they are honest and ethical and stand behind their work.

Very quick response time. The owner even gave me a few tips to try to diagnose the problem with our furnace before they came out. Our furnace was fixed right the first time and on time. Prices for repairs are reasonable and comparable to others.

These guys are awesome! After getting fantastic recommendations from a few friends, we called them when our furnace went out. They drove out to their office in the middle of a snow/sleet/ice storm so that they could get my fiance the part that he needed to fix the issue.

They were incredibly courteous and professional and if I could give them 10 stars I would!

The repairman spent a good deal of time and tried the least expensive solution first, but when it was all said and done, we were charged only for the part that successfully repaired our unit and for only 1 hour of labor. I know he spent more than an hour on it and could have charged us a lot more for labor than they did.

AC stopped working last night. I called at 930 am. Serviceman was at my house at 1030. Fixed and running perfect in 15 min. Great service!

They have been my furnace people for years. Even though I did not buy this furnace from them, they have given me excellent and emergency service. EVEN quickly on Sundays.
