My father had another company tell us his 3 year old heating blower motor went out. It didn’t sit right with me so we called another company. John your technician came out and within minutes was able to tell that there was nothing wrong with our unit. It saddens me to know that there are companies taking advantage of seniors. I’m so thankful today that John came out, gave us peace of mind and saved my father a ton of money. You earned a new customer today.

I cannot say enough good things about this company & their employees! After the winter storms, I had a lot of items I needed help with at my house. I called on Monday, 3/1, and my "to-do" list was completed by noon today.

Best AC company! Preferred Air of Houston came out on a Saturday to fix our AC unit when the work order was put in by our home warranty that morning. Usually they do not come out on weekends but they were happy to send someone out to help us and the problem was resolved the day we contacted Preferred Air of Houston. They were great, professional, and prompt. Nick, the AC technician, identified the problem immediately and fixed the AC in 20 minutes! I recommend this company to everyone!!!

We first contacted Preferred Home Services approximately 4 years ago to perform regular HVAC Seasonal Inspections. That’s when we first met John Almazan. We are extremely pleased with John. He is very courteous and thoughtful. After he inspects the system he gives us a very detailed report and explanation of how the system is functioning, and if he sees any potential issues for consideration. He has never, ever attempted any “upselling”. He gives his report and explanation and leaves any further decisions up to us. John has our absolute trust and we only request him for our HVAC inspections and maintenance. I highly recommend Preferred Home Services and John Almazan for your HVAC needs.

Our bulldog likes to chew the wires to our outside unit causing it to not work properly. I called Preferred Air and they came out same day actually Nick the technician was there two hours early which was wonderful!! He was able to fix what wires needed to be secure and was beyond helpful and polite. If you're looking for fast reliable work I would highly suggest Preferred Air & Plumbing of Houston.

Matt came to do a spring check up on my AC units today. He was very knowledgeable, customer service oriented and friendly. He took the time to take pictures of the condition of my units and explain to me the recommended service to keep the units functioning to top performance. As a customer, I felt valued and well cared for. I was very pleased with the service provided will definitely request future service visits with Preferred Air.

I am very thankful for all the help. They repaired what was a very bad roof and made it look brand new. they provided amazing costumer service and updates every step of the way. Would definitely recommend them for any home needs!

Nick Young did a great job working on my A/C unit. He explained to me everything he was checking and doing as he looked at it and then has the replacement capacitor in the truck to be able to swap it out right then. Extremely polite and helpful.

My heater went out last Friday and my home warranty company directed my to Preferred Air. I have an infant and needed my heater working for the weekend’s cold weather. They were able to get me an appointment the same day! John came and was extremely professional and answered all my questions. He followed CoVid safety precautions. He and Gabrielle, the contact at the office, were able to get the part ordered so that my heater was repaired on Monday. I’m pleased with the quick, friendly service and the information both John and Gabrielle provided.
