Nick Young came out for a service call and inspection. He was knowledgeable and professional. Explained what he saw and provided advice on how to best care for our A/C. I ask a lot of questions and he took his time answering them all. Thank you for the great service! I recommend them.

I called Preferred Air & Roofing Of Houston to help find a leak that was dripping down into my sheet wall. Right after booking, I received a text confirmation that they will be out the next day. Once Matt arrived, he was very professional and immediately went into the attic and found the leak within 15 minutes of looking! He had everything sealed properly and I haven't experienced the issue again. These guys are very knowledgeable and extremely professional and easy to work with. I will never call another company other than Preferred Air & Roofing of Houston and I highly recommend you do the same.

Nick was professional and timely in fixing our heater when the control board went out. He was able to come out at night to diagnose the issue, get the part ordered and install the next day. Would highly recommend.

An thunderstorm short circuited my AC circuit board the day after Thanksgivihg. Anthony (owner) was quick to respond when other AC companies were slow. Anthony was quick to contact one of his technicians (Nick) to help me out. They quoted me a very fair price to replace the circuit board and also installed a surge protector as well. Would strongly recommend Preferred Air to anyone who needs a reliable and honest company.

The GM, David, came out to diagnose the problem late one evening and was very professional and gave advice on only certain components in our HVAC system that needed replacing. His company was the third one I contacted in order to make sure I was getting a fair deal. Preferred Air hands down offered the best price and warranty, so good that our whole system was replaced. Being a satisfied customer is an understatement, his crew had the whole system replaced in less than 24hrs from the time I made the initial phone call. I would recommend this company to anyone in need of A/C repair or replacement.
