Technician John did a great job during my HVAC maintenance noticed and fixed many issues that could have caused trouble down the road. He was very detailed and showed great concern.

This review is based on our initial technician visit. As a first time homeowner, I was very stressed to find issues with our water heater so soon after moving in. Our home warranty company linked us with Preferred Air. I've been so impressed with their communication and efficiency. Our technician, Cody, was wonderful. You can tell he's very knowledgeable and he really cared about the work he is doing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

I had John come out initially to look at the heater. All was fine, but he said the ac drain pan needed to be replaced. (He was the third to tell me that, inspector when I got the house about a year ago, the ac tune up guy, and then John.) When he said that I knew he was legit. After the holidays I had him come back out to replace the pan, which by the by, was the most AFFORDABLE around. I had some companies want TRIPLE what they wanted! John was professional, on time, and polite! I would highly recommend!

Preferred Air & Roofing was great when they came out to assess my AC problem. John Almazan was excellent, he informed me that a new system was needed after checking my old system. He had pricing and availability within minutes. The install crew showed up the next day and was in and out within a couple hours. Nick came out to fix 2 AC units for me. He was prompt, professional and experienced. I greatly appreciate that he was able to expedite the repair so we could have cool air before a very hot weekend. Great service. Highly recommend!

Where to begin with this awesome service. It all started with a rapid return phone call to setup an appointment. Called on a Monday morning, had a technician, who ended up being John, out ASAP Tuesday morning. Also, John showed up right when the schedule window began and didn't miss a beat. John was super polite, responsive, answered every question, very helpful, and overall the best technician I've ever encountered. Will absolutely recommend Preferred Home Services to my family and friends and will tell them to ask for John. I'm also telling everyone on Google to do the same!
