I cannot stress enough how awesome this company is!!! They gave me a great deal on replacing my air conditioning/ heating units and even came out the next day!! When I had trouble Gabriella had someone at my house within an hour to diagnose the problem. The owner Anthony even came over to check on me to make sure that I was ok and to talk to me about the issue. Anthony and the preferred home services crews went above and beyond with the repair going so far as to replace the whole unit!! With that kind of loyal customer satisfaction I will never go anywhere else for my heating/AC needs ever again. The whole experience with preferred home services has been amazing. The staff are friendly and punctual and the office personnel and Gabriella were so nice to me when I was having trouble. They took the time to explain things to me and really gave me a sense of comfort in what the techs were doing. Anthony runs a solid, trustworthy and amazing business. This has got to be the most professional Air Conditioning company in Houston who goes way beyond for their customers. My AC went out when the heat index was 106 late in the afternoon. They scheduled me for the first appointment at 8 am the following morning.

I received a confirmation email and text explaining who my technician was going to be the following morning. I received a text letting me know that he was on his way prior to the appointment.

John Almazon, the technician, was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He was very thorough when explaining the technical aspect of the issues with my AC unit. He had great pride in his work and working for Preferred Air.

This company is unlike most in that they are there to help when others want to sell you more service.

I highly recommend Preferred Air & Roofing and will not use anyone else in the future.

My home warranty connected me with Preferred Air, and there were zero complications along the way! I wasn't personally home while the work was done, so I'm especially appreciative that Nick took the time to meet me afterwards to go over everything that was done! He was also very thorough in explaining the situation and my options beforehand. I'm very impressed with the work and quality of service!

I am giving this wonderful company a 5 star because that's the kind of service that they did with my repairing my AC and Heating unit. I was losing all faith in my home warranty company because of the very bad contractors who came out and caused more damaged than what was reported. Nick Young was the best with Preferred is the best. I was so impressed with his professionalism, of his being on time, keeping me informed on the problem, he was knowledgeable in what he was doing, and he even corrected the problem that the previous AC company did not do.

I also want to thank Gabriella, their customer service for the integrity for you represent your company very well. Your kindness and help in keeping me informed of my job without me having to constantly call you was appreciated so much. You were always professional and courteous on the phone, and instead of me being stressed with the warranty company, you took on that responsibility of calling them for me. This was the first time I was not stressed out with both the warranty company and the Contractors they send.

I am a homeowner in the Lakes of Highland Glenn and had a new roof installed. Matt Bankston is the best. He delivers on what he promises. These guys are great! We had a blower motor that needed to be replaced and they did an excellent job educating us on the issue and solving the problem. The office crew was very friendly and Nick Young (the person that came out to our house and did the work) was super nice!! They even came out a second time to check if everything was operational and in top working order. I highly recommend these guys especially Nick.
