My heater recently stopped working and my home warranty company selected Preferred Home Services as the repair provider. They were able to get an appointment scheduled very quickly. John A. came and was extremely professional, provided detailed information of the issue - with pictures- and answered all of my questions. He also followed CoVid safety precautions. He and Gabrielle, from their office (also very polite & professional) were able to get the parts ordered so that my heater could be repaired ASAP. I’m pleased with the quick, friendly service and the information provided. I'll be saving their info for recommendations and providing a much deserved positive review to my home warranty provider for them as well.

Nick was on time, helpful, and funny. He explained what was wrong and offered to fix additional issues that he noticed in our attic that we had been putting off. His price for those additional repairs was a bargain so we took him up on his offer. Wonderful!

Preferred Air and Roofing came highly recommended to us by our good friends and neighbor. Anthony came out the same day I called and very thoroughly explained to me the details of my new ac options as we knew our ac needed to be replaced. He answered all of my questions and was available for my husband to ask any other questions by phone. We had a newly installed ac 2 days later! They crew was in and out in 5 hours. We had a few follow up questions and Anthony was very responsive to them. It was a wonderful experience and we highly recommend Anthony and his team at Preferred Air.

Our HVAC was in need of a full replacement. Nick came out at 7:30 at night on the same day we called to take a look at the issues and provide us with quote. He took his time explaining what we needed and gave us options. His quote was reasonable and clear and he was able to schedule us for a next day installation. Our tech Lee was fabulous! He was careful to cover our wood floors and carpet in the areas he would be working. Installation took some time, but he kept us informed. He did a thorough job in our with our furnace installation in the attic, explained how our new drain pan and float worked, blew out our drain lines, and replaced our defunct plenums. He installed the outside unit and thermostat and then taught us the basics of how to work it. I’d highly recommend Preferred Air for the top notch work and customer service!

Very grateful for these guys! Matt was very professional and a straight shooter. He said there may be a possibility of some hail damage and it would be worth contacting my insurance company. Sure enough I did have some damage and got a claim filed. Matt even came out and met the insurance adjuster. I really feel like these guys were looking out for my best interest and I got a new roof with very little out of pocket. Matt and his crew were very professional and did a great job! I definitely recommend these guys!

The entire process of having our HVAC system replaced by Preferred Home Services was fantastic. Every member of the team was on time, professional, and extremely meticulous with every detail. We are very pleased with the performance of our new system and while HVAC replacement is not cheap, Preferred Home Services was the best quote I received out of four companies, when considering the total package—quality and price.

Preferred Air is a great company! They have now done outstanding on two occasions for us. Nick did an awesome job working with us! His great communication skills helped keep us informed throughout the whole process. He was polite and very thorough working on my A.C. unit. I would highly recommend using their services.

Our technician, John A was great! Professional, friendly, and punctual. He inspected our heating units then carefully walked us through what he observed and the things we need to be aware of it. Overall great experience.

This was the second time I have had Preferred Air fix my ac units for two different issues. Each time I have spoken with the owner of the company and he has always fit me in the schedule as soon as possible and made me feel that he cared. I love working with a company that truly knows their business and makes the customer feel important. The technician that was sent out was AWESOME. Nick called 45 minutes before he arrived to make sure I would be home and he promptly arrived as promised. Nick walked me thru every step of the problem and was very knowledgeable and explained my options. I greatly appreciated Nick explaining to me in terms that I could understand. My family thanks Preferred Air very much on a day that it is 99 degrees outside.
