Love this company!! Service was top notch starting with Ms. Bobby who set appointment, Spencer, who inspected my old system, Zack who negotiated my contract, and Luis and crew are the best installers. I felt appreciated.

Joshua was absolutely amazing and sweet! Had my thermostat installed by one technician and repaired a fuse then my house wouldn’t cool. Joshua came out and not only fixed the issue but explained everything to me so I could understand. Definitely would recommend Joshua if I had my pick of technicians.

Wiley found the issue of too much condensation on the outside unit by checking the coolant level and it was too low even though the unit is cooling very nicely BUT he said that since we installed the unit in late March that the weather really had not stayed hot enough to test to see if it needed coolant since new units come filled with coolant and if your unit doesn't have enough coolant then there will be more condensation than when it is full. He explained it nicely to us and is a really funny guy. So glad we found this company. They are fantastic. Can't recommend them enough.

Michael Conner was very professional and informative. Friendly person as well. He also gave me lots of tips and tricks to maintain my AC unit on a regular basis all while he was repairing my unit.

Dane did an amazing job. Was thorough on what the previous ac unit guys missed, how I can protect my house further from leaks with a drainage protector which we installed and was super detailed and kind. Highly recommend Dane.

Honest assessment, competitive pricing, quality workmanship. Mike B is fantastic. They went above and beyond to install a better duct system than what I had. The previous system had cut corners with many splits which resulted in poor distribution. The One Hour guys did direct runs which worked much better. Of all the AC people I have dealt with, One Hour is the best.
