One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

Using this company has been a worst experience I’ve ever had I purchased a brand new system for $28,000 one year ago. They will have now been out eight times to fix the system. It has never worked properly since installed. They always give us the runaround on trying parts to fix it, I don’t know what to do at this point I’ve spoken to Lesley many times and nothing is still working properly. In the winter time the heat would not turn on so they had to come and fix that now in the spring when it’s not even very hot. It cannot keep my upstairs Below 75° I have a one year-old who sleeps upstairs and it’s pathetic that once a week I am calling these people to come out and fix a system that has never worked properly typically when they come out to fix some thing it ends up being worse and that’s why I’m writing this review.

Wiley was great! He diagnosed and resolved the problem quickly. He is knowledgeable, respectful, and he has just such a kind/pleasant attitude.

I appreciate One Hour's military program for free system checks in the Spring and fall. Whenever I schedule a service they do great work and the communication between the company and myself is great.

I’m a tradesmen myself and to have someone come out and tell you exactly what’s wrong and what needs to be done and to know they’re telling you the truth and not trying to upsell you is a great thing. Dane did just that and more. Highly recommend getting Dane if you have a choice in who your tech is. Great company as well.

Luck Scott came in today while we were in a cold house, inspected the unit, did all the necessary measurements, and carefully and thoroughly explained the need for a new system and went in detail about the products, company security measures and warranties. He broke down the cost analysis clearly for us to understand and helped us to make the decision. Mr Scott is very respectful, knowledgeable of the products and represented One Hour Air Conditioning and Heating in a professional manner, he even went out of his way and get a portable heater to keep us warm until the next day installation, we highly recommend him for anyone who seek similar service

I called one hour ac for a tune up for my 3 ton air conditioning unit. The tech was very nice and we agreed that I needed a complete new system. The price he gave me for a 3 ton 14seer condenser and gas furnace combo installed was 15, 575 and for a 15 seer the price was 18,147. I called 1st choice air solutions ac company to give me a price for a new system for same equipment. The price this company gave me was 12, 268 for a seer 14 xr 14 trane installed. Also they gave me the option for a xr 16 seer trane two staged ( better unit) for 13,036. I asked them if I get a discount in cash. They said 11,732 in cash for the trane xr 16 seer. I opted for the xr 16 and cash and signed the contract. Always ask for bids with companies that are equally excellent in reputation like these two. You do the math and of course decide for the one that gives you the best price for the same or better equipment and installation. Be smart with your money unless you are Bill Gates and you don't care about saving money. You're welcome.

Wiley was vey personable and gave great customer service! While performing my HVAC maintenance he found a few parts that needed to be replaced. He not only explained to me why they needed to be replaced but when he was done he showed me the parts so that I could see the west as well as that he had replaced the parts. Wiley was also very knowledgeable about his job!

Amazing company! They are the most reliable and friendly company you will ever use. They don’t try to upsale you, they are honest and do a great job. I highly recommend this company.
