One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

We got a brand new unit installed in June of 2022. It worked great until end of 2022 and beginning of 2023. In the beginning we were very happy with our decision. Staff has been very friendly and helpful.
However since the start of 2023 when having to switch back and forth between heat and A/C we've had nothing but problems. Sometimes having techs coming to our house every single week! I run a business out of my home and it is effecting my ability to do my job. This has been expressed to the company multiple times. They are always very kind and professional but the problem is NOT being resolved.
Since having our issues we have seen multiple other reviews stating similar issues with units installed around the same time frame. I'm very concerned that this issue will never be resolved and we will be paying 23k for a unit that never properly works. When summer comes this could be detrimental to my business.

2 gentlemen came to do our first air duct and vent cleaning. Great communication! Received a reminder text that they would be coming out for service and notification when they were headed to our house. They were very professional, helpful with any questions we had and good information as to what was done with recommendations for future services. They did a really good job with cleanup during and after service and used floor protection so nothing is tracked through your home. This company checked every box from beginning to end. I highly recommend!

1st time using One Hour AC & Heating. Mr. Mike Bell and his partner did an excellent job doing maintenance on our AC. Was super thorough and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my unit. Also really friendly and personable. Everything was smooth to the communication and setup service to the actual arrival of the crew. Got my invoice, along with pictures of everything they checked on my unit. Would highly recommend them

We met with Luke who was incredibly thorough in explaining things and patient answering every question. We are considering all the options he presented to see what is going to be the best fit for our situation and budget. I highly recommend Luke and One Hour Air and Heat.

One Hour Air responded to my a/c issue very quickly. They had a technician at my home with in an hour of calling them. The technician Spencer was very professional. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and was able to make the repair quickly as well. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Despite a couple of hiccups with our new product's initial installation, One Hour Air responded immediately to all of our concerns and got the job completed to our satisfaction. It took Yoany less than 10 minutes to detect the problem and less than an hour to complete the work. All of the technicians we encountered were very respectful, informative and courteous. They also did a great job cleaning up the debris. Thanks!

Very helpful! My AC stopped working overnight on a weekend. The gentleman on the phone and my service tech explained everything in detail. My AC was up and running within an hour of my technicians arrival. I signed up for their Comfort Club and saved money on the repairs I needed.

He had finished the job perfectly. Sheet rock was installed and leaking was stopped at this time.

Trevor was great when he showed up and diagnosed the issue with our AC. He even turned around and came back to help after he had left when I called him. He explained the problem very well. Tevin and Arnasi showed up the next day to do the repairs and installation. They were all very polite, respectful of our house and were able to get the job done well. I would definitely recommend them!
