It cost me $79 to find out a filter was rattling, causing the noise that initiated my call to One Hour Heat and Air through Google. To add insult to injury the tech wanted to sell me a monthly service plan for $12.95 per month and an overpriced wifi thermostat. I also did not like him taking pictures of my furnace and thermostat after he knew nothing was wrong with it. Shame on this tech and this company for taking $79 from a disabled senior who has been ill and just wanted the heat on. What greed. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone nor will I ever use them again.

Very professional after hours service to repair a clogged condensation drain line. Wiley could not have been more helpful, courteous and kind.

Was told by the person that setup my appointment that the filter would be changed along with the one year check up on my unit and then found out from the tech that I would have to buy the filter then they install it. Which is not what was told to me when I made the appointment, or I would have had a filter at my house to be put in when they came to service the unit. I called the company, and all I got was sorry there is nothing we can do.

An absolutely wonderful man came and sat talked and worked with us. Truly a professional representative of the company. We just scheduled our installation of our new a/c system and Michael truly went above and beyond for me and my mother. 10/10 with no hesitation.
