One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating

We had water coming through the ceiling and since this always happens after hours, I had low hopes of getting a company out quickly. I was surprised that not only did someone answer the phone, but we had a technician at our home within the hour and for a VERY reasonable charge. No pressure on selling new units, and they were friendly, efficient and I’d hire them again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

Yoany is our hero! He was absolutely amazing and One Hour AC & Heating really came through for my older parents on one of the hottest days. Thank you for being amazing - I couldn’t recommend them higher!!!

I used them for the semi-annual service since they were offering a $75 price for it. The guy was pretty pushy on the $12.95 monthly maintenance plan, which I declined. The service was fine but he asked to take a picture of my breaker panel, which I said was fine. He also took a picture of my water heater, which he didn’t ask if he could do. He said he didn’t want to be critical, but that my breaker panel should be more accessible in my garage (I had a couple of trash cans off to the side as well as a small work table). He said something about my water heater not being to code - which it is how it was when I bought the house. He pushed the maintenance plan again when it came to paying, which I said no…again. He talked about adding some home surge protector thing to my house, I don’t think he was selling, maybe just talking about it? No idea. I’m going to use the company my boyfriend uses from now on, I don’t appreciate the pushy sales for the monthly maintenance plan in my own home. One Hour AC replaced my air conditioner last summer and after talking to a few people, I realized I overpaid quite bit as my boyfriend replaced his AC last summer also with another company using a comparable unit (same brand also) and paid about $6k less than I did. This is my last interaction with this company.

Luis and his two man crew worked hard to get my family and I comfortable with a new system. Luis, acts if he known us forever, he was very friendly and professional. Needless to say, we're very comfortable and pleased with the service we received from this company. From Micheal, Luke to Luis , each one did a great job.

Installed all new heat an air a year ago. Never received copy of warranty or what equipment was installed. A year later was told 10 warranty is void if I don’t have them come inspect it twice a year. First I’ve heard that, and it’s been over a year. Technician was polite and efficient. Have had no problems with anything. Except warranty issue?!?!

Dane from One Hour Air came to my house in literally less than an hour when my air conditioning died after 6:30 last night! He was very knowledgeable about his company and this business he is in, so that put my mind at ease. We discovered that I am going to need to replace my whole system, and I knew that day was coming… just didn’t know when it would happen. Well, today is the day I get to buy a new air conditioning system. I’m so grateful that Dane took the time to explain his product and service to me.

Late night call Wiley showed up under an hour later. Came in diagnosed the issue and fixed it quick. Professional, knowledgeable and efficient are just the beginning of how I would rate their service. Next time I have an issue I will be calling them as they did the job and went above and beyond with their service.

Very happy. The technician, Bryce H. Was very competent and efficient. Also, I was delighted to get someone on a Saturday, within a few hours of calling. The visit charge was very reasonable, surprising. Bruce gave very good and useful advice on future repairs needed.

This was my first time using One Hour AC. My service tech, Dane was as professional as they come! He arrived ready to work, he was punctual, tidy and very well spoken. The tech called to advise he was on his way & arrived as promised. Next Dane assessed the problem, informed me of the issue, then fixed our AC unit. Within an hour of Dane's arrival, he had our unit blowing cold air, cleaned, put back together, and provided a clear fair invoice with a description of the the issue & the work performed! I would recommend One Hour AC, especially Dane as your AC service tech, and the company you select for your air-conditioning and heating needs, I know I'll be a loyal customer from here on out!
