Called them out to diagnose an error code on a carrier furnace. Communication by phone / text was outstanding, and they were quickly able to determine that some small adjustments to the air flow was all that was required. I will be coming back to them for all my future HVAC needs.

Changing your Heating & Air conditioning residential system is not something that one gets to do often, its an investment. I do not know to thank myself for choosing Air Patrol. Shaune gave us a quote for a replacement unit, with a number of extras we hadn't thought about, such as our programmable thermostat. We have had a maintenance contract with Air Patrol for three years, and they come twice a year to check and clean our system. Their technicians have always been friendly and professional, and today’s tech, Josiah, was no exception.

Hvac went out Sunday. Called Monday. Repaired Wednesday. Tech was in and out in 20 minutes. Problem solved. Money well spent. This is the second time they have helped with my AC. When I'm ready to replace, they will be my first call.

I had several quotes and was very pleased with price and installation several years ago. I have them come out twice a year for maintenance and have had very few problems. The two times my AC was not working they were out the next day and had me back up and running.

I've had them do A/C and heating work for several years in three different homes. They are prompt, reliable, honest and fair. They replaced an entire system in one home, replaced an A/C and furnace and some ductwork in another, and installed a through the wall unit in another home. When we had problems with the through the wall unit, they stood behind it and replaced it. They also do the semi-annual check on our system each year. We will have them do the same for our rental property. I won't use any other HVAC service.
