Air Patrol Air Conditioning & Heating

After installing our AC/Heating unit a few years ago, we've consistently used them for spring/fall maintenance service. They appear to be thorough and at reasonable prices. They've been nothing but courteous and responsive.

I had to replace the complete AC 3.5 Ton system. The team arrived early in the morning and got done in few hours. They were very professional and detail oriented. After the installation minor issue occurred which was fixed the very next day, quality inspector came after the job was completed took pictures and made sure that all was done correctly. Above and beyond - I was blown away (quite literally from an AC perspective too) on how honest and trustworthy Shawn is as well as how well he explains the options, recommendations and what I should do. This was truly a unique experience and I appreciate that in todays world, there are people that you can still trust and have such a great experience. Thank you!!!

After additional work - I had Lauro and Beto out to do an amazing job - they explained everything, walked me through, a very complete cleanup, and I will never use any one else after the precedence and high standard they set! They were very honest, efficient and made sure I was aware of all the fixes and enhancements.

Our two Carrier HVAC systems each with two zones were installed by Air Patrol Air Conditioning and Heating a number of years ago. They have regularly maintained the systems. Both systems have provided reliable heating and air-conditioning.

Update: my third AC coil decided to kick out this year (not one I previously replaced) and I called back Shawn and his crew to help get out and fix the coil.

Francisco, Yorman, and Ramon, came back to my house and did a fantastic job replacing the coil and and in the process making my older system more efficient by reorganizing the duct work. Can’t keep raving enough about this company. These guys are honest and fair and they go the extra mile to create lifetime customers.

Original Review: Shawn and the team at Air Patrol did an amazing job installing 2 new 2 ton systems. Shawn is an honest guy in a shady business. I had quotes from 10 different AC companies and picked Air Patrol because of their value and the fact that Shawn took the extra time to walk me through how my current system can be improved through a better install and repiping. His team went above and beyond during the 2 day install and even cleaned up some other wiring in my attic. Highly recommend this company!

I called this morning with a heater that wasn't working and Shawn came today itself. Very professional and friendly! Promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it! Service call was a reasonable price. Thank you for the excellent service. Really appreciate the honesty!

I called Air Patrol on a Thursday morning regarding having an AC installed in my garage. Shawn returned my call and came out the very next morning (Friday) to give me an estimate. He gave me the estimate and said he would call me later that day once he checked availability on the unit. To my surprise he actually called me back!! I was scheduled for install for Monday morning! His crew showed up on time and worked very efficiently and had the unit installed and running by noon. I cannot express how impressed we are with this company. They did a great job and everything looks and runs great!! So nice to deal with a business that actually does what they say they are going to do. We were looking for a good HVAC company for a long time before a neighbor recommended Air Patrol. Shawn and Blake are fantastic! They’ve done significant work for us and we always find their service to be honest, high-quality and punctual. They take time to explain the issue, provide options on how to fix and help you work through the pros and cons of the more versus a less expensive options. We are really glad to work with them.

Installed and maintained AC and Heating in our family for 8 years. Air Patrol does beautiful work and they stand behind their service and product. Never have to wait in the hot summer for service. Friendly and professional and always there when you need them. The owner, Shawn, obviously takes pride in his company and takes care of his clients. They installed my daughter's AC also. Beto has been servicing our system for many years and is courteous and proficient. He and Francisco are thorough and quick. I appreciated the call to let me know they were on their way.
