The 2 technicians, Blake & Francisco were on time to all 3 of our property in Denton & Ft. Worth (appts the same week). They were able to discover an electrical outlet problem in one home that was causing a less than 6 month HVAC "Board" not to work.

In our Ft. Worth homes, Blake & Francisco were able to obtain a new part locally & return to fix a broken element for the heater in a very short time. Suggestions were given on how to reduce dust in the 2nd Ft. Worth, property & fall service @ both properties was very good & appreciated.

Found Air Patrol via a friend's referral. I'm 62 and consider myself fairly handy in home repairs. I've always worked in blue collar job's and for the most part, lived pay check to pay check. When you're on a tight weekly budget, you have to save when and where you can. I understand completely, the anxiety that comes with your house heating up and then shortly thereafter, realizing the A/C is not working. I, like most folks, scramble to find a reputable repair service company with proven bonafides and reviews to back them up. On a whim, I phoned my friend and ask if he knew of a good, honest HVAC repair company. He did and that's why I'm here writing this review. Air Patrol, it's owner and technician responded to my call immediately. After performing extensive diagnostics on my outside unit, Beto, the technician told me my problem was inside the house. This is where honesty comes into play. Beto opened the air handler panel, checked continuity on the thermostat and walked directly over to the control board in the air handler. Upon brief inspection, noticed a loose compressor wire. he called me over and showed me. He then connected the loose wire and the system was up and running. It has been three weeks now and my system is running perfectly! Shawn, the owner, has made several follow-up calls to me to check on my system status. Now that's customer service! I won't share details of what I was charged, however, I can tell you it was more than fair. If not for Beto's honesty, I've could've been sold parts or equipment that I didn't need. When I thanked Beto for his honesty, he pointed to the Cross I wear on a chain and stated "that's why we must always be honest." I feel blessed to have found Air Patrol and would recommend them to every family member and friend that I have.

I've personally used Air Patrol on homes I've used and have recently signed them up to do annual service at my business office! Shawn Gazor is pleasure to deal with -- very knowledgeable, personable and fair. I will continue to use Air Patrol for all my AC needs. Thank you!

The Techs got here right on time. Had a doctor's appointment later on in the afternoon which I couldn't miss. They came in, laid down tarps, which was very nice because it was really lousy weather outside, and they had to make multiple trips back and forth to the truck. They brought in the new furnace and processed to go to work. Lifting the new unit and lowering the old one was a huge task, but they completed the project with time to spare. They even did a few things that I was not expecting like cleaning out my filter and spraying the drip pan to keep it from rusting. All and all, I was quite please with the crew and the new furnace. I would highly recommend Air Patrol to my friends and family. That is why they get 5 stars!!

Customer experience is excellent! Prompt and communicative. 100% recommend to anyone who likes ac or heat. They installed a complete new system on the hottest day of the year and when the massive snow storm hit and a part failed they where here and fixed the issue fast to get us back up and running!

This is one of the best companies I have ever used. They replaced both of my HVAC systems and the install was immaculate. The inspector commented on what a great job was done. Pricing was below other quotes received, and the owner of the company was easy to work with and very helpful.
