Condenser stopped working. Owner personally came to analyze the problem. He was thorough to determine root cause. He ordered parts and came back to replace them. The system was in the 9th year of the warranty. We only paid the trip charge. We highly recommend Air Patrol.

Let’s just say it’s 100° and I have a house full of company and the AC decided to die! I am immediately called Air Patrol and explained my situation to them… they were kind enough to work me in today at 3:30. Blake arrived before 330 and had the AC back working by 430! I can’t express how kind it was for them to fit me in and make the vacation of dreams for my daughter and grandchildren come true…Blake was knowledgeable and professional and walked me through the repair.

I continue to be amazed at the consistently great service from Air Patrol. The owner is great and they did a great 2unit install years ago. We continue to have them service our systems because we trust them in all they do. I was reminded about that today as Josiah came out and did a great job to review the system and explain what he did. I had already had 4 other HVAC companies out who basically just quoted what I asked for, but I am not an HVAC expert and don't know what I don't know. Shawn took the time to inspect my entire house, explain what could improve my overall system and ductwork structure, and then was the best price! These are the guys to use...

Blake from Air Patrol did an excellent job repairing my HVAC. He quickly identified the issue related to an inadequately secured part put in by the original installers. He managed a temporary fix before returning for the permanent repair after received the replacement part that had to be ordered. I highly recommend Blake and Air Patrol if you're in need of an HVAC repair.

We had two heating and air conditioning units replaced with new Carrier Systems. We expected the project to take at least a day and a half. The technicians showed up on time to do the work; two inside, and one out working on the outside units. In a half a day they completed the work. They were very polite, wore booties inside, and left our home looking just as clean as when they arrived. When I looked at the installation I was amazed at how much neater it was compared to the last one. They were very professional and explained how the Thermostats worked and answered any questions we had. The Air Patrol Technicians dismantled the existing old and damaged air ducts etc. in my single family residence and then installed new air ducts etc. in their place. The entire work took 3 days. The technicians were very professional. They also cleaned up the place before leaving. Thank you for doing a great job.

Amazing service and quality of product at a competitive price point. Loved the experience so much in one of my properties that I used them again couple years later for the next one. After they were finished, Beto gave me a summary of what all was completed and provided me with suggestions for improved air flow.
