Ramon, Yorman and Francisco were wonderful and very knowledgable. They showed up on time and stayed late to make sure the job was done right. I shopped the market for several days and compared multiple prices and companies. I have to say, Air Patrol and Shawn specifically were by far the most knowledgable and honest I found. They shot me a fair price and explained everything they would need to do up front. No hidden fees or other “discoveries” when they got here. Very happy with the product and would definitely recommend Air Patrol to anyone needing AC services or a new AC.

UPDATE 2022: AC was out. They (Brandon and his associate) came out next morning and diagnosed that a wire had come loose on the compressor outside. Fixed that, tested freon and topped off, washed the coils and even installed a new air filter. No upsell, just fixed it, with honesty. When I do need a new system (probably next year) these guys will be my choice.

My AC was struggling to cool in the afternoons so I called out Air Patrol. They came out the next day, diagnosed that my coil needed to be washed off and needed some refrigerant. After completing the fix, he checked the output from the vents after with a temp gun and sure enough it was cooling properly. Gave me advice on a new unit (mine is 10 years old) if it went out. No pressure, no upsell, just honest work from an expert. THANKS AIR PATROL AND THANKS MA FOR THE RECOMMENDATION>

Air Patrol installed all new ducts in my attic roughly two years ago. I was in the attic today...and thought to myself that their work was excellent. Also, I had some unrelated HVAC issues, and Shawn was very professional throughout. Highly recommend these guys for your HVAC needs.

After extensive search and 8 quotes from local companies providing HVAC services, we decided to employ Air Patrol A/C & Heating to replace our failed HVAC unit, The installation team was professional, the Product is as expected of high quality, the price was right and the new system is operating without issue and can actually cool 5 degrees below what our other system could over a given period of time. Shawn is very professional and easy to work with. We will continue to use Air Patrol for our yearly systems inspections and look forward to having our secondary HVAC system replaced by them in the future.

This company is without a doubt the best I've dealt with over many years with repair/replacement. Our old unit (one upstairs and another downstairs) were well past serviceable life. Sean presented several options and I went with his judgement and pricing (far better than any others) and haven't look back. He was honest and said the upstairs system was bad, but working and came back and installed a new unit a couple of years later. Went with more efficient systems and it has really made a difference. If I leave a message that I want to talk to Sean, they make sure that is who calls me back - not just some technician. He takes a personal interest in his customers and goes above and beyond to make sure to get the job done right - the first time. They even file the city permits with a city inspector to evaluate and sign off on the work. (What other companies do that?)

When our aging furnace needed replacing we found Air Patrol by doing research. They are professional in every way their prices were the best. Shaune was willing to work with us to keep our air conditioner for the time being. That was 2008. We just repaced the air conditioner 2016. They were able to make the units work together great. The prices are great. They are fast and efficient. They really know their heating and cooling which a lot of the people we've used over the years do not. We have recommended them to friends who also used them for replacement and were pleased. We also get their maintenance service.

Shawn Gazer runs a great company. He and his team are responsive, professional, and very high quality. We have used his services on many occasions and most recently had a new AC unit installed. I couldn't be happier.
