Excellent organization. They helped me diagnose a intermittent failure that has plagued my unit since it was installed 4 years ago by less talented AC contractor.

The person who took my call (Jennifer) was extremely helpful understood my concerns and made sure to talk to the service manager (Lahcen). They patiently worked through the process to identify the problem and get if fixed. Looking at small inexpensive solutions and eliminating those before moving to a more detailed fix. And you know what they fixed it. What others could not fix they did. They are honest, prompt and work hard to make sure the problem is fixed

The attention to detail Romario Guevara had going over the HVAC units was unbelievable! The things he pointed out that had been neglected or were in need of repair makes me wonder if anyone has ever done such a thorough job as Romario did. We had a regular maintenance appointment the next week, however our AC decided not to cool on a Thursday afternoon. Called around 4:30 and the manager of the techs answered the phone and said he could have someone out the next afternoon. We received notice when they were on their way. They arrived on time and were quickly able to detect the problem with a bad capacitor. Had it changed and ready to go in no time. We were sent an email with pictures and explanations. Every person we talked with was pleasant, respectful and knowledgeable. Loved working with this company and have the regular maintenance contract. Would highly recommend.

My A/C system was doing nothing but pumping warm air, so I contacted Aire Serv of Dallas. They sent Carlos out the next day, he evaluated the system, and gave me some options. I wound up deciding to replace the whole unit. They gave me a written quote and scheduled the work for the first day that was convenient to me. (I checked around and found that their quote was in line with others I had seen, and they arranged financing for me.)

Carlos, John, and Rolando arrived right on time, covered everything with tarps, and got to work pulling out the old equipment and installing the new. Then they cleaned up and showed me how to operate everything.

There's no getting around it - if you want good equipment and professional installers, it's not going to be cheap, but I felt like Aire Serv was fair with me, and I'm' comfortable recommending them to anyone.

I'm a member of their Aire Serv® Advantage Plan for twice/year maintenance (HVAC in the fall, A/C in the spring). John was my technician, and he was great. Very professional, mindful of walking in my home with boot covers on, respectful of my space, communicative, etc., which is extremely important to me. He also gave an overview of what he was going to do, about how long it'd take, confirmed with me if that sounded good, and then proceeded. So pleased with this technician, I hope he is the tech who visits in the spring!

I have used Aire Serv for many years with satisfaction. The last few years I have even purchased their service agreement. The techs are always very nice, knowledgeable and resolve the problem at hand.

Recently there was a snafu about an appointment time that made me unhappy. However Peyton called me right away to apologize and rectify the situation.

I am happy with their work and attitude of good customer service. I will continue to use them and am happy to refer others to them.
