Aire Serv of Dallas

Aire Serv has been servicing my HVAC system for a few years and I am very happy with them. The technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. They show up on time or call to let me know if they have to reschedule. I highly recommend them.

I have been using this company for more than eight years. It appears that they are unable to correct my name when they send me an email. I have requested repeatedly that it be changed or corrected but this has not happened. This may seem a minor thing but it irritates me to no end. Any service guy that has been out has been awesome very polite and very knowledgeable about their job. I would love to continue using this company if they were just get my name right. My name is not Margie.

From the time I placed my call for service everyone I have been in contact with at Aireserv has been great! Very pleased with the service that was provided by Kevin. I am not very savvy when it comes to technical things and he explained everything that was wrong with my system in great detail. He has a great personality and highly recommend!

Awesome experience. Caleb was knowledgeable and friendly. I was super impressed with the solution he came up with and that he saved me some money in the process. I didn’t want a new system yet and he band-aided the current one very creatively.

This was a routine maintenance, the technician Jimmy Garcia was very polite and courteous. We had an error code on thermostat which he fixed along with the routine maintenance.

Open, honest experience. Very efficient and would have been a 5-Star except for a communication SNAFU that never got corrected and wound up costing us a government grant with our utility company. Still a great company!
