Extremely reasonable price and high-quality work. No Sweat Experts (Devon) replaced our HVAC Blower motor. At one stage, the Blower unit was not mounting properly. Devon took extra time and mounted the Blower securely, and he got minor cut in the process.

I have reached 3 'major' 5* companies before reaching Roy, and everyone has given a quote in $$$$. Roy and his team did this work in half of their price.

They are No Sweat Experts, but they sweat out to fix the issues.

I strongly recommend Roy and No Sweat Experts for any HVAC issues.

If it were possible, I would give this company ZERO stars for the nightmarish encounter I had with the owner, Roy, and his abysmal customer service. My appointment was scheduled for 3:30, and at around 3:20, I reached out to Roy via text to check on the arrival of our technician. While it was understandable that the technician was running late, what followed was a series of unfortunate events that showcased the owner's true colors.

During the delay, we decided to troubleshoot the issue ourselves by changing the thermostat battery, which temporarily resolved the problem. However, due to the time constraints, we couldn't cancel the appointment before the technician arrived. I must mention that the technician who came to our home was the only positive aspect of this experience - friendly, professional, and a true contrast to the owner.

To my dismay, the technician informed me that, since the system was now functioning, we would be charged the visit fee of $79. Considering the circumstances, I politely requested a discount, but the technician explained that only the owner, Roy, had the authority to approve such requests. He proceeded to call Roy on the spot, and that's when things took a horrendous turn.

When I kindly asked Roy if a discount could be applied since no actual service was provided, he responded in the most unprofessional and rude manner imaginable. With an unwarranted level of aggression, he forcefully and repeatedly said "nope" while emphasizing his denial. What shocked me even further was his threatening comment: "In fact, if you don't pay (which was never my intention), I will file a lien against your house, and it will cost you thousands and thousands of dollars!!"

This reaction was completely inappropriate and uncalled for. I had simply asked for a discount in a polite manner, and in return, I received nothing but hostility and threats from the owner. I reluctantly handed him my payment card, all the while still in disbelief at the appalling treatment I had endured.

My encounter with the owner, Roy, and his atrocious customer service has left me astounded and deeply regretful for ever engaging with this company. Such unprofessional behavior and utter disregard for customers' concerns are simply unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering their services to steer clear of this establishment. Save yourself the distress and find a company that values its customers and treats them with respect.

I cannot recommend this company, enough! The technician, that came out, was Daniel. He fixed our AC in record time! Not only that, he was very kind, courteous, and came out on a Friday night, of memorial day weekend! Daniel was very professional, on top of being a very sweet young man. I didn’t know what to expect, as we had never used this company before. This is the company you want to use! Fast , quick fix, & did not charge an arm and a leg, Daniel was so sweet, I just wanted to give him a big hug! This company,No Sweat Experts , has our family as customer for life! As I said, before, cannot recommend them more highly! Thank you so very much! Y’all are the absolute best! :)

Roy and his team are the absolute best! I've used several HVAC companies over the years, but these guys are affordable, efficient, friendly, relaxed, professional, and they are truly experts. I wouldn't think of ever using ANYONE else at this point. Keep up the fantastic work y'all!

I have two very old systems and am a little anxious about those units performing - if we have a summer upcoming like what we had has summer. So, I executed a maintenance plan with No Sweat Experts and the tech came in just a few days. He spent a good deal of time testing and checking everything out, and also checked the furnace and heating units. We got a thumbs on them, but they will be back to continue checking as we get closer to summer. These guys know their stuff, are timely and consistent and do it at a great price point.
