Marcus was great! On time, friendly, and professional. My 20+ year old HVAC unit conked out. He diagnosed the issues and gave me options. I decided it was finally time to replace, instead of repairing and replacing parts yet again. Marcus explained the process and went through the plans thoroughly. The new unit should be completed this evening, same day! Hopefully, everything will go smoothly.

Milestone contacted me about an expiring tune up voucher. That was courteous in itself, but then they sent Scott out for the inspection and he was a delight! Very professional and honest with plenty of experience that showed in the way he talked about his trade. We appreciate his insight and service! When we do need a repair, we'll be sure to consider Milestone first!

Adam Arredondo came out to do a Plumbing Inspection. He was very thorough and knowledgeable about what he had to tell us about our plumbing needs. He was also very friendly and kind. He was able to give us a quote for the work. He will be coming out with his crew to do some work for us on 5/15/23. Looking forward to them being here. Milestone has taken care of our needs for years and we have never been disappointed. They are the one we call on. Thanks for your help!

Our home's master bathroom and outdoor outlets were inop after a recent storm so I decided to use Milestone's text for appointment process to get help. Within less than an hour, Noah 'Tamer of Electricity' Daniels was at our home and managed to replace a faulty GFI to fix the issue. Timing couldn't have been better because my wife is getting a new hair dryer for her birthday. Thank you Milestone and Noah!

Luis Percy with Milestone did a great job reviewing our system and walking us through all the options for repair with upfront pricing. Honest, nice, and very knowledgeable; better than other AC companies we’ve dealt. We were so pleased we signed up for the advantage plan to keep them as our AC company.

Steven Becker was very professional and did a great job of keeping me informed of every step he was taking to fix my electrical problem. He diagnosed the problem, and also pointed out other things that could help me save money and stay safe. He was on time, wore protective shoe covers, and was very thorough. I am so happy I called Milestone.

So far so good. From the first point of contact with the office to when Dillon showed up. Straight to the point. No BS. Which everyone loves! Then Jerry and his helper (not sure I got his name) showed up.... knowledgeable, personable. Got the job done! And they were totally cool with my 2 year old all up in their workspace. Much appreciated! They were all awesome!

Blair Huffman was the technician who came out and serviced our AC. He was thorough, helpful, and fixed the problem. Very well mannered, he knocked softly on the door when he arrived in deference to the newborn in our house. He was also kind enough to wait a few minutes so we could place our dogs away from the areas he needed to work in. Knowledgeable and efficient in his task, while explaining what the best way to correct the problem.

We called Milestone with concerns about the efficiency of our A/C system and some unusual noises coming from our condenser/Compressor that caused us to turn the unit off altogether. I called them at 08:00 and they had a tech to us not just same day, but within a few short hours of my call. Our tech, Raven Snowden was efficient and professional, zeroing in on probable causes rapidly, explaining the state of our units (to include ohotos and video), and offering informed and reasonable options. Raven was open, honest, and genuinely concerned with helping us out in whatever way made most sense. Will definitely be choosing Milestone again. Thank you Raven!
