My technician was Jeff and he did a great job. Very efficient, friendly, and detailed. Milestone did have to reschedule me twice but they communicate very well and were transparent with why I was being moved back which I appreciated. Pricing was very reasonable and would definitely use them again.

Had both Brandon Smith (electrician) & Danny Martinez (HVAC technician) here for safety and annual inspections today. Both were prompt, professional, explained things well and straightforward. Two of the best Milestone employees who’ve visited my home!

Chris and his assistant provided us with excellent service. Chris had to leave and comeback multiple times to complete the job due to special needs of the job. Milestone decided that another firm should be brought in for a consultation on water that had leaked around a toilet. They contacted a reputable firm who came to our house and reviewed the leak, provided a repair recommendation to us and Milestone. This was done at no cost to us. Chris is returning to reinstall the commode. Excellent service, excellent product, excellent price - what else do you need? This is why we always call Milestone when we need something repaired,

Ralph came out today to do the seasonal maintenance on our AC units. He was awesome, showed me all the pieces, explained what everything meant, how to fix it, when I HAVE to fix it, and never appeared to be talking down to me. I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism! Thanks Ralph for a great job today- I hope you will come back to us again!

We’ve been incredibly pleased with every single Milestone experience and interaction! They installed a new hvac unit for us and helped with some wiring issues we were experiencing. Today was no different when Jonathan Herbert came out to fix a persistent issue we were having with a switch. We received a phone call update when he was on the way, he arrived on time, and the whole job took less than 20 mins. You can beat the professionalism and piece of mind you get with Milestone.

Logan was very thorough in his inspection. It didn’t feel like a rushed job. He took the time out to explain the nature and cause of the issue in addition to giving a mini tutorial of how the system works. I appreciated his transparency with regard to recommendations; thoroughly explaining and outlining pros and cons of options presented.

Very quick response to our slab leak! Josh gave us an accurate quote and clear explanation of service needed. Milestone crew even came late in the afternoon and stayed late to finish pipe repair. CJ and Chad were great to work with and we were most appreciative of their efforts to get our repairs completed! Highly recommend Milestone and their crew.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I am very pleased with the quality service received today from Juan Velazquez (plumbing) and Justin Monte (electrical). I was quoted a fair price to replace toilet parts, fix garbage disposal, install new outlets and a light fixture in our garage. I was so impressed with their service and professionalism that I signed up for the monthly service program.

I called Milestone this morning at 8:30 for my 82yr old grandmother and they had a technician out here by 12:30 to repair our water heaters leak. My grandmother said Jonathan was so nice, knowledgeable and very helpful and informative about the process and what was needed. She was extremely happy with his service.
