I was especially happy with their employee Rocky who provided all the information and helped me make a decision. He also supervised during install day. I have an older system that is running well because Efficient Home Solutions has been maintaining it under their Energy Savings Agreement where they come out twice a year to check the AC and Heat. The regular maintenance is extending the life of my equipment and increasing the efficiency and comfort inside my home!
My A/C unit went out a couple months ago. I did my research and got 3 bids before making my decision. I choose EHS because they presented me with options, they were fair in the cost of what I needed to have done, and were the most professional. I am in sales, and I can see an up-sell a mile away. With this company there was no pressure, just pure explanation of what the options were and what I could expect with each one. The crew that did the installation was professional and quick. They were recommended to me by my neighbor, and I will pass it forward.
Great service. My A/C stopped working on a Sunday when the temperature outside was 106. I called the A/C company that installed the unit and they were booked until Thursday so I called another well known A/C company and they were able to come to trouble shoot system and the tech looked at the compressor waved his had over the compressor and told me that the motor had to be replaced for $3,000.00 but it would take 2 days to get the replacement motor so he then quoted $9,000.00 for new compressor unit and would get new compressor installed on Monday and told me that since it was 106 outside he recommended to $9,000.00 option. He never turned a screw and was able to tell me that the motor was bad. I called Efficient Home Solutions and they had a tech at my home within an hour and the tech looked at the unit, tested the Freon level and tested the capacitor and told me that the capacitor was going out. He replaced the capacitor and I now have cold air again. I was charged $300.00 for new capacitor and labor to install it with a 3 year warranty. Efficient Home Solutions is now saved on my phone, wife has already informed her friends on Facebook and 2 of them have already asked for phone number so they can use them. Efficient Home Solutions will get all of my A/C service and will get my recommendations for any HVAC service.

I called EHS and quickly recieved a scheduling for technician to come to the house and diagnose my problem. A part had to be ordered and was installed the day the part was picked up. The technician was friendly as well as knowledgeable and for sure had my best interest on the table. i highly recommend this company for any HVAC work!

We declined to go with the company who was sent to us by our home warranty because the business was terrible. We had remembered Rocky from Efficient Home Solutions, who’d come to us for a repair the year before and we remembered how helpful and trustworthy he was. They’d provided us a refrigerator magnet with conversion tables, and my husband said, “Who was the company with the conversion table magnet? They were fantastic!” So we called up Efficient Home Solutions and told them about our AC (which was completely kaput). Rocky and David set an appointment to come out with us THAT NIGHT to talk about units and see if we could get our clunker up and running. They provided us several options to choose from, and didn’t try to upsell us into anything that didn’t need to be done. They shared that we didn’t have enough ducting for our square footage, and laid out the plan to help us get the most out of our AC. We actually decided to get a new unit AND a new furnace, so that we might avoid any trouble down the road. Rocky tried everything he could to get our unit running while we waited for installation, but that thing was gone. However, we appreciated his efforts in trying to help in any way he could. We set our installation date and were ready to go. Installation of our unit, ducting, and furnace took 1 day. 1 day! They were incredibly fast and did an amazing job getting everything installed and all the old stuff hauled away. David and Rocky made sure they were there on installation day to make sure everything went well- which is always such a nice experience to make you feel valued and cared for. Installation went great and the results have been awesome- our new unit is silent! It used to sound like something was about to explode when that old unit came on. Our house is so comfortable now- I didn’t even know it could be this good! The new unit is great and David called to check on us the next day to make sure everything was working right, and they are scheduled to come out today to check again.
I really felt like they cared about us and that they valued us as customers. There was a reason we remembered the company with the magnet- they were great then and they were amazing when we needed them. We will recommend them to everyone we know because they are honest, work with integrity, and do what’s right for their customers. Thank you David and thank you Rocky and your whole team- we are so happy!
