Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating

I wish I did not need these people but I'm so glad they are here when we do.

Our AC was failing to cool late in the day yet they were able to get Joe out the same evening to see us. He and his assistant were able to analyze the the problem (a failed circuit board) and were able to come up with a temp solution to keep it working for the evening.

He showed up the next morning with the replacement part and had it installed before noon the next day.

Charles was prompt took care of our issue quick and charged a very fair price. Extremely happy and will use them again if need be.

Charles did a thorough inspection and cleaning of our AC system. He noted small things that could be better and did not try to oversell us on anything. He was courteous, friendly, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Highly recommend.

This was the best experience ever!. During the snowpocalyse our heating until went out. Charles go to our house even though the roads were practically impassable and people were stranded. He went again into town to get a part about 45 minutes away, came back and installed it. He stayed until after 6pm to. make sure it was working and our room was warm enough for us that horrible cold night. Great job Charles! I'm singing your praised to everyone i know!

Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating was the first ones to call me back the morning my AC quit working. The technician, Charles, was courteous & professional, letting me know when he would arrive to my home. I stood by and watched as he completed the repair and he answered all the questions I had. I will be calling Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating the next time I need a repair.

Joe and his crew are great. The apprentice Spencer was great as well. They put up with my ac that is haunted. More importantly they are quick, clean, thorough, and fair. You get what you pay for in regards to AC people and they are more than worth it. Very highly recommended.

I called the service Saturday at 530pm. Bruce S arrived onsite by 7pm. He called before hand and told me when he would arrive. He showed up on time and was very professional and courteous. I'm very happy with the service and will definately use this service again. Bruce did a great job and I really appreciate the quick service on a weekend after 5pm!

I would recommend Bruce, and Advanced Air Conditioning if you can't stand the heat, and can't get out of the kitchen (like me)! :)

Joe and his team are the best. He was able to repair my capacitor same day on my outside unit. I had issues a few days later for an unrelated issue, and he walked me through the problem and solution over the phone.

I won't call another team for my HVAC issues again. They are the best.
