Great guys. Did work as promised. The only thing was, they left back gate open and banded strips in yard. Willl use again.

Charles was a fantastic specialist and diagnosed and completed the repairs in two hours. He was very friendly, respected COVID protocols, and completely professional. This company came highly recommended from neighbors and I was very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend!

We have been having issues with a new unit for over 3 years and the installation company gave excuse after excuse why it was not cooling like it should have done. Advanced came out and quickly solved the problem. Very friendly and did a great job explaining what was happening and how he fixed it. Professional and on time which is important these days when working around zoom meeting schedules.

My AC stopped blowing cool air late last night and I called Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating this morning. They were able to send Charles B. out very quickly, and he was exceptionally professional and courteous through out the servicing he provided. He went out of his way to verify that our system was still under manufacturer warranty which I hadn't even considered. It turns out the system was, so he saved us a good chunk of money! I decided to get their bi-annual maintenance so Charles then proceeded with that service. Charles was very thorough and gave detailed explanations of everything he'd be doing as well as the costs associated. I would recommend Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating and Charles B to anyone.

I just wanna say Charles was the best of the best! He was honest and super professional and friendly. My AC didn’t blow out cool air and I had called about 6 AC companies before Advanced Air Conditioning! It was an emergency and after hours, so I had to pay extra $$$$$. I’m not happy that I had to pay after hour service, but it was money well spent. The AC works again and everybody is happy! And I have 5 years warranty!🙏

When my heater went out, I just Googled a place. Advanced Air Conditioning & Heating came up. It was close to where I lived and had great reviews, so I chose them. I was not disappointed. They were quick, friendly, and very professional. My technician, Charles, was so nice, friendly, and an overall great guy. In our short interactions together he kept me informed, engaged, and took a genuine interest in me. Did we just become best friends?! I hope so. In all seriousness, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend. Plan on using Advanced Air Conditioning & Heating for all of my future ac and heating needs!

Absolutely the best experience. I was so impressed with Joe and his team. I’ve been overdue for a new AC unit for a while and of course on the hottest days it stopped working. When calling the after-hour service, Bruce came 35 minutes later. Wow! And unfortunately, he confirmed that there isn’t much he can do. I’ve asked regarding an estimate for a new unit and he advised to call the office in the morning to set up an appointment. He was very courteous and professional.

The next morning when I called, there wasn’t anything available until two days later, but they were able to shuffle some things around and Joe came by in the afternoon the same day. He inspected the old unit and the changes that would have to be made. He’s given me several different options and explained in detail the difference on each unit.

When my new AC was installed, Joe and his team was punctual and very professional. I was impressed with the timeliness and cleanliness of the new installation. Joe took the time to program the new thermostat and explained the functions in detail. Overall, the experience exceeded my expectations and I highly recommend Advanced AC, they’ve certainly gained a new customer.

I've lived in Round Rock over 14 years and I've had several companies come out to service/repair my air conditioning unit and these guys, by far, are the best! I'd like to personally acknowledge Charles and Bruce for the service they provided. These are good young men and they represent the company well. I'll definitely call them the next time.
