I can't say enough great things about these people! From the start speaking with Elizabeth - she was so nice and very professional and assured me that I would be hearing from Charles, the technician, very soon and I heard from him within minutes. He was at my home in 20 minutes. It was pouring rain but he showed up with a smile and an umbrella and went to work. He quickly assessed the problem and fixed it explaining what he did all along the way. I am so happy I called Advanced! I am a customer for life! I will most certainly refer them to friends and neighbors. Thank you again Elizabeth and Charles!!!!!

AMAZING service!!! They got to us asap when our A/C went out on a 100+ degree day. Joe came out within 45 minutes of calling the emergency line and we will only use them going forward! So grateful!! Thank you again Advanced HVAC!

I highly recommend Bruce and Advanced AC & Heating. We had a leak in our AC coil and the repair/replacement was pretty expensive. Their quote was less than a competitor's and the quality of service was far greater. Bruce was professional, courteous, respectful, thorough and went above and beyond by ensuring all of our questions were answered, identifying others issues we should keep in mind, and suggestions for how to maintain a healthy AC system. Excellent check up on my AC system. Quick, professional and clearly explained all that was done!

I initially called Advanced Air when my heater stopped working last November. First I called one of the guys you see advertised on TV and after HOURS of their high pressure sales tactics, I called Advanced Air for a second opinion. They were able to fix the problem with my system in half the time it took the other company to give me a sales pitch. I worked with Bruce S. and he was great. He did give me an honest opinion about my super old HVAC but was able to fix my problem despite the fact that this system is ancient. This past weekend our AC went out and I called Advanced Air again. Even though it was a holiday, they arrived very quickly. It was Bruce S again! Bruce was able to get the system up and running again, even though it's super old. When I do finally replace this system, I will definitely be calling Advanced Air again. They have my business for good! Thanks y'all, and especially Bruce!

Sometimes when you google for AC repair, it’s hit or miss. This time, it was great. The technician was very professional and polite. Came within the promised time window and did a fantastic job. He also took time to throughly explain the problem and why it needed to be fixed. A+
