Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating

I have been a customer of Advanced Air Conditioning & Heating for about two years now. Excellent company, very responsive, professional, honest, thorough, and reasonable prices. Highly recommend their services!

We had Advanced AC and Heat replace our 20 year old HVAC system in its entirety. They were AMAZING! Every person we interacted with was kind, courteous, and knowledgable. They took their time to walk through each step of the process with us and made sure that the job was done right. They also made sure to get my approval before changing any of the existing structure. For example, they needed to reroute an air return through a bedroom, and checked with me to make sure it was ok. I am SO happy we used them and can't recommend them enough. Thank you guys SO much!

Not happy.
He said termostat and some other parts are bad and he replaced them all.
But when he left the termostat wasnt programmed.
It was going up 83 degrees every 3-4 hours. So I tried to program i messed up an its start blowing hot air.
I called him one more time he said he will text me the instructions.
After 3 hours waiting in 103 degrees hot day. He didn't taxt or call.
Than I put it back the old termostat which one he said "its not good" the begening.
It worked properly.
So figured out that he changed the working thermostat by saying it was broken
And I m not sure other parts he replaced are they was really bad or not

Charles worked with me as I evaluated and obtained quotes from other vendors for HVAC replacement. Once we decided to on Advanced, the installation took place the very next day!

Our home was without heat and I called Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating. From the jump, the company was very professional and responsive. Charles and Jayden showed up on-time, did a thorough diagnostic inspection and provided me with several options...all with fair pricing. They did a great job. I will use Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating again in the future for and HVAC related issues.

Advanced Air was quick to respond to my service request. The tech was knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed my issue without any fuss. Would definitely use them again.

Cole did a thorough inspection and analysis of our system. He was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He is an excellent representative of Advanced A/C.

The issue what i see here is no transparency between customer and company..company trying to pull money from customer by just saying leak search which is complete fake .. the first thing any one can see is coil or condenser is bad ? But unfortunately here they charged 220 to found coil is bad ..looting money from customers. I did not expect this from this company.

Cole was an excellent technician who quickly diagnosed the problem and presented a practical solution. He also was able to resolve my issue same day. I would highly recommend this company and Cole for any AC issues.
