If you need air conditioning Repair, call Joe at Advanced Air Conditioning. We have used him twice now, and he always provides excellent service. We called him last minute and he came out the same day both times. He is very honest and fair, and fully explains the problem and what needs to be done to get it fixed the right way. He provides excellent customer service, and provides excellent communication. We will always call him for any of our Air conditioning needs, don't waste your time with any other company.

Our AC stopped cooling and we called for help. Liz helped us find a time that worked, and Charles showed up that morning to repair the capacitor that was bad. We also signed up for the maintenance plan, so we don't have to remember to call places to get it looked at seasonally.

Charles made sure to mention to us that we can get a rebate from our electric company by showing proof we maintain our AC unit. Thanks Charles.

Advanced AC and Heat is a one-man shop owned and operated by Joe Martel. He started out on his own in Jan 2017, however, he has tons of experience. This is a true Austin-owned small business. When you call Joe, he will personally answer and HE will be the person doing the work in your home. He was recommended to me by a local handyman (Mr.512 Handyman & Hauling) and I was sincerely impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He came out the same day and quickly solved my AC issue. He simply fixed it; he did not try to up-sell me, he did not try to charge me for unnecessary things, and he guaranteed his work. His prices are extremely competitive and I will definitely be recommending him to all friends/family AND calling him again.

These guys are the real deal! Courteous and professional. My home air conditioner stopped blowing cold on August 1st. Called Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating after hours fulling expecting to encounter a long phone-tree, but nope, they answered the phone and scheduled an appointment to come out the following day. They offered to come out that night but Instead we agreed on the next day between 5 & 7 P.M. The technician Joe called me the next day to give me an update and then called me at 5:00 P.M., to tell me he and his assistant, Spencer, were on their way. Joe and Spencer arrived a few minutes later and went right to work fixing the problem and like magic cool air was restored.
I can’t say enough good things about Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating, and especially Joe and Spencer. They knew their stuff and what I really appreciated was they didn’t try to up-sell me and put in stuff I didn’t need. Our home air-conditioning failed and I contacted Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating to come and troubleshoot our 15 year old system. It was determined that our old unit was on its last legs.
Spencer and his crew arrived fully prepared to replace the old, worn out system.
This company is a 5 star, excellent operation. Spencer's crew was knowledgeable, professional, careful and extremely polite. The job was completed within a day. The crew cleaned up after themselves, were very careful and competent while working in our attic and in our home.

Our Nest was having issues staying connected and our technician came out quickly and determined the problem in 5 minutes. He then determined another issue with our unit and set up communication with the owner for an estimate. Everyone is very professional, courteous, genuinely happy to help!
