I contacted Advanced Air Conditioning and Heat and they were able to come out that same day. They diagnosed the issue and even made the repair right away. The representative was friendly and took the time to answer all of my questions. We will be using them and only then in the future.

Coel arrived on time, was courteous and professional, and took the time to listen to me which enabled him to immediately identify the issue.

Once he was done with the repair which was a loose connection, he explained to me how to troubleshoot in case it happens again.

He did offer me an excellent promo that was offered by his company but he was not pushy at all, he patiently explained the details and walked me through the plan. I'm definitely buying it.

From start to finish, Coel S. went above and beyond to ensure that my AC unit was working at its best and that I was satisfied with the results.

I've used Advanced AC twice. I've found that they are extremely honest with their work. One time I had had an inspector come in from another company (a home inspector company that also provided fixed) who said one of my ACs was blowing at 81 degrees. Advanced came in, tested everything and let me know the unit in question was actually blowing fine and the prior company must have tested the heat, switched on the AC and then didn't wait for the prior heated air to blow out the vent shafts. They also fixed a little part the other company identified as being off and told me it wasn't really a fix, but just putting something back where it should be, and didn't charge me for it. All I had to pay for was the visit fee.

My AC broke down while I was away. I called and technician was here pretty fast. He extremely professional and explained causes of my AC malfunction. Fixed everything promptly. Overall best service we have used. I highly recommend to everyone.
