Working with this business has been a delight! The owner of the company realized that I was charged incorrectly about a week after we had our service done. The owner called me directly and made it right. I wouldn't have even known this had happened, most companies would have taken the extra money and moved on. Very friendly, honest company and the owner (Joe) personally oversees a lot of the service calls and training. Very consistent service. They won’t be the absolute cheapest, but I’ve definitely saved in the long run, as he’s always given honest guidance when something could be fixed and used longer vs replaced, where other companies, though replacement may be cheaper, others will recommend full replacement with lower quality product. Highly recommend Advanced AC.

I've actually used Advanced twice over the last two weeks, Joe was my technician for both and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the process. After the first repair, I had an issue come up almost immediately after (unrelated to the first repair) and Joe made sure to get me scheduled ASAP to make sure my system was working as needed. I called the business for an inspection of our A/C system, Frank came on time and was very professional and nice. He gave detailed reports and estimates for fixing. I am glad I called this business compared to the "Temperature Pro" who installed my capacitor unprofessionally with the capacitor inside the box to stabilize the capacitor position which Frank pointed out that is a very unsafe practice. Frank is very responsible. Glad that he was our technician. Highly recommend Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating!
