Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating

Excellent service that I highly recommend! When you find a reliable, courteous, reasonably priced company like we did with Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating you feel like you've won the lottery. We had an ongoing issue with our heating system and they diagnosed the problem and had us up and running in no time. They were extremely flexible with scheduling and were available on weekends which helped tremendously with our busy schedules. When working in our home they were efficient, polite and informative. We'll definitely be using their services in the years to come for regular maintenance of our system and will be recommending them to friends and family with confidence!

They came out same day and were courteous which is the only reason I am giving them 2 stars. Otherwise, I wasted my $70 having them come out and diagnose our HVAC issue. Plus they tried to take 600+ more for a job (capacitor—$15 part and quick labor and fan filter) than other companies quote. Makes me so glad I got a second and third quote to know I was being ripped off by the outrageous prices.

Advanced AC was the best HVAC experience I have had! Their technician, Joe, was professional, honest and informative. We needed an AC unit relocated. Joe was spot on with the estimate and getting the work done on time. He and the crew that did the work were top notch. Thanks!

Woah that was some fine A/C service! Advanced Air Conditioning and Heating was not only extremely prompt and attentive to our emergency A/C outage, but they were fast with the fix as well. They had our A/C fixed in half an hour, and they beat our former A/C provider on price. Faster, more available, and more affordable; it just doesn't get any better! Our technician Herman was the man! He was super knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy! Can't recommend these guys enough!

Bruce came out today and saved us from spending anymore time than we had to in a hot house. He was extremely nice, quick and punctual. Couldn’t say anything negative about my experience. Very happy customer!

I came back from a work trip to a house at 88 degrees. I called Joe and he came by within a couple hours and had my unit working in about 30-45 minutes. Great guy and great service. I already signed up for his service plan to avoid this situation in the future and have him coming back out to replace my fan motor for a very competitive and reasonable price. Could not be happier with my experience!!!!

Honestly the best encounter I’ve ever had with a service company. Joe is amazing. Called him on a Saturday night, holiday weekend, at 9:00. He was at the house and had the AC fixed in about an hour True professional. He has earned my business for life.

I am not sure I have had a better experience with a service company. I have worked with both Joe and Herman and they have both been EXCEPTIONAL. Imagine.... a company that shows up at the time they say they are going to (or will at least let you know that they are being delayed and give you an ETA), is courteous in your home with shoe covers and professionalism, fixes your issue AND charges a reasonable fee. An Austin Miracle! Highly Recommend.

We had three other technicians out to our house to diagnose a problem in our AC. They all missed a simple solution. Bruce with Advanced Air had my house to 78 degrees within 2 hours of their departure. We hadn’t seen that number all summer! Bruce answered all our questions. Thank you Advanced Air!
