AC Express

Was recommended them by a friend. Called this morning at around noon, they showed up 30 minutes later. Fixed the problem and didn't even charge for it! Said it was a simple fix. The friend that recommended them had the same experience. Highly recommend!

Do not use them! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with this company. I bought a living social deal for an AC tune-up and my initial appointment was cancelled because one of their trucks broke down. The second time they were an hour late from the time window given so I had to reschedule. The third time they were over 3 hours late from the window given. No noticed was ever give that they would be late- I had to call each time to find out the ETA. When the serviceman finally arrived he was here for less than 10 min and I saw no signs of a tune-up.
I rarely give bad reviews but this is one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. A very unprofessional company and will be submitting to the BBB.

Our AC went out unexpectedly and I spoke to Chad who responded within hours. They were quick and courteous and got us back in track knowing we had company in town. Will definitely reach back out when we run into AC troubles again in the future. Thanks Chad!

I would use caution when choosing AC Express. Since switching to AC express I've had many problems with my units. From sloppy repair work to rude managers. Their lazy repairs caused water damage to my home. Please consider an alternate company before calling upon AC Express. They also price gouged me charging $225 for a simple pipe blow!

Our downstairs AC broke and when I called this morning for a repair AC Express showed up within an hour of my call to fix it. They had my AC fixed 15 minutes after arrival. Thanks for showing up and repairing my system so quickly.

Michael was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with our air-conditioner problem. He was quick to find the the issue and fix it. He was here within an hour of our call! Excellent service!

Great customer service. They know how to get things to work. When you call they show up.

Brad was very knowledgeable and helpful. He informed me of the latest code requirements in the city. He cleaned my heating coils, and wanted to make sure my heating system was functioning at it's best.
I'll continue to use Austin AC Express for all of my heating/cooling needs.
