Joes HV & AC Express Repair

I called EARLY on Sunday morning in distress because my air vents had mold. I have a newborn baby in the house and was panicked. Jeff scheduled an appointment the next day. Arrived on time and was very professional. He and his assistant went to work immediately upon arriving. He looked at my areas of concern and was able to identify the problem. My ducts and furnace were cleaned and sanitized. I was so impressed with the quality of service and his sincere concern for my issue. He showed me the problem and explained the services being provided and why. I would definitely refer Joes for any air duct cleaning. A customer forever.

These guys are fantastic! They did a perfect job job installing my entire HVAC system and I use them for maintenance bi-annually. I will not use another air company. Been burned a few times but I trust Joes HV & AC Express Repair.

I do not believe this company deserves to be in business here in Boulder or anywhere. When my system conked out, their repair guy told me I needed a new furnace and quoted me a price of $5,800. My existing furnace was only 6 years old! I called another HVAC for a second opinion. Turned out all I needed was a new switch ($350). Beware.

We returned from vacation to a broken air conditioner! Jeff was able to come out that same day, and had us back up and running a day later, after receiving the new parts.
