AC Express

They gave me a two hour window but were late and never called as he said they would 30 minutes before they came. Technicians were polite and knowledgeable but the price quoted was very high. Had a bad condenser motor they quoted me $750, I checked the price of the motor on the manufacturer's website and it was 188. It was a hundred degrees outside and we had to get it fixed but I'm not feeling good about it.

Great company and there employees were polite, clean-cut, and fast! Our AC unit was 20 years olds and they came in at the best price. I would recommend Austin AC Express to all my friends and family!

AC Express is the best AC company around. Anytime my AC isn’t blowing cold they come right out and fix it. Today I called and they came out fixed the problem ahead of schedule and super-fast. The AC is already cooling! They are courteous and professional even when it’s just a little problem like last time when I called and the breaker just needed to be tripped (oops). They are the only ones I trust to get it done quick and affordably!

Great job overall! I had a different company try to take advantage of me and quoted me double what these guys charged (probably bc I'm a girl and know nothing about A/Cs). These guys did a spectacular job - very professional and answered all my questions. I recommend the 3 - yr cleaning package.

Very impressed with the service. They came out within 2 hours of my call, found the problem, and fixed it in 10 minutes. The other company that I called first wanted $178 dollars just to come take a look (plus charging for any work).

The new A/C is so freaking quiet! Used to be so loud when it would start It would wake the neighbors! I just registered like you said to do and the warranty is awesome! I can’t wait for my first “lower” electric bill this summer! Thanks for all you guys do.

We were quoted $ 800 to repair our A/C unit and decided to get a second opinion, thank goodness we did because the honest company we called for a second opinion checked it all out and found it was just a blown fuse.
He replaced the fuse free of charge.
We will never call this company again!

Great service! AC Express provided a prompt response to a service request call. My heating system was not working properly during days of very cold weather.

Michael arrived within 30 minutes after I placed the call for service and within twenty minutes fixed the furnace malfunction.
