AC Express Orlando

I have hired this company many times over the last couple of years, and am happy to finally be getting around to writing a review for them. I have purchased two window air conditioners, and since then have contacted them a couple of times a year to remove the units in the winter and reinstall them in the spring. Professional, quick to respond, a fair price, and very flexible hours. Really grateful to have fit me into his schedule yesterday. Thanks guys!

I recently installed a wonderful solar energy system on our home and they did an excellent job. The solar panels are black and look very nice on the roof. The entire solar installation is clean and neat. We hired AC Express because of their excellent reputation and because we have used them in our property management business for over 20+ years. I wish I could give them more stars.

Ac Express is simply fantastic. I woke up with the AC not working in the main part of the house. I reached out to Ac Express, who responded within minutes. He was able to come out to the house the same day without charging a premium. He is incredibly respectful and put on shoe booties before coming into the house. He fixed the AC in a blink of an eye and pricing was very reasonable. Thank you! Highly recommend!

He was very helpful and linked us to several options from retailers that we could use in our space.
After we purchased the air condition, we notified him of delivery and he came to help us install them. We had a few hiccups along the way, but we were still happy about how accommodating was to our needs.

Their work blocked my AC filter, I can't change it, I can't access it. I called all day trying to get a technician out from 830 AM (my AC is also not working again), received calls from two technicians finally at 1 and then 230. The second guy said he'd be over in the afternoon, but just didn't show up. I call the next day to talk to a manager but apparently they can't call back until after 24-48 hours.

Horrendous customer service, and now I have to get someone else to fix their mistakes. Avoid at all costs.

They have always presented all of our options and recommended the best solution for our situation. There is never any pressure, just doing what is right for their client.

We've worked with the owner for several years and will always use them going forward . Very responsive (they came on Friday night and returned 1st thing Saturday). He does great work, prices seem very fair for all the work they do. Great great great.

Excellent service. He is very knowledgable and professional. He figured out problem with my ac and fixed it for a reasonable price. He cleaned the unit also. I would surely recomend and use him again.

I highly recommend them and I definitely will call them again when I need a repair.
