Ace Solves It All

This was by far the smoothest process I have experienced with home repair. Plumber, Kevin Holmes, was very professional, personable, & efficient!!! I would highly recommend this gentlemen for any of your plumbing needs. Did a lot of work within a reasonable amount of time ( less than 1 hour). He replaced the garbage disposal and replaced some piping under the kitchen sink. Excellent service!

Called to fix a clogged pipe on AC unit. They quoted $375 in addition to a $130 diagnostic fee to come out. Outrageous pricing, would not recommend.

For $69, I did get a quick service call response, but the tech, Jay, was only interested in having me replace a 2 month sink that only needed a washer realignment to stop a sink link. Their proposal was $500+ for a new faucet, in which the entire sink cost less than $500.

My mother, who is 80, had one of her smoke detectors start beeping. She was recommended Ace Electrical, but accidentally clicked on the wrong link. Ace Solves It All came and convinced her she needed both smoke detectors replaced, for which she was charged $800. Again, $800 for 2 smoke detectors.

I requested a quote for your plumber to come out see how much would it be to replace one pipe in the shower when he gave me the quote it was ridiculous over priced 2,667 and then he said if we could’ve format, they have payment options. Payment option was $223 a month. I will never call this company again and I do not recommend anybody using it over price. 👎👎👎👎

Horrible service. Run.scam Contacted Ace on Mother's Day guy came out clean the drain for a hour.. Or stated he cleaned the drain out $1000 did not show me a picture of a clean drain when he finished. Not even 6 days later had to call them back to come out cause now. My pipe was gurgling and making noises so so a different guy came back and stated that now I had a root and a broken pipe the quote was
$9000. Very odd because the 1st guy didn't see a root or a broken pipe. Maybe he was the one that broke the pipe but it's hard to notice or see The oddest thing is that the 1st guy didn't show me a root or a broken pipe again.. My 1st complaint was also taken down.I think they are embarrassed othe $9000 they wanna charge me. Do not use them. They prey on senior citizens. I will continue to post and I will be calling DBPR and the better business bureau. I will repost and repost and repost. Why take a review down ????? Embarrassed?

What an excellent demeanor as a person and helping you see possible short/long term electrical issues. It was obvious to me he has many years of electrical experience. We were exceedingly happy with the advice we received from him.

Eric was trying to do his best changing the ac unit at my house, BUT do you really think is ok to send a trainee? So, now, I don’t have ac for tonight and I have my 1 year old baby sweating a lot, and we have very important things to do tomorrow, so THANK YOU ACE

We have used several of Aces services since moving into our 65 year old home at the end of 2020. We will continue to use them for anything that arises. They are professional and thorough. They are incredibly easy to contact and have quick appointment windows. It’s super convenient that they do multiple types of services all from one company. Things to keep in mind when choosing Ace: they’re appointments are by day, not by hour. When you make the appointment they’ll tell you what day to expect your professionals to arrive and then day of they’ll give you more information. Typically, they will not dispatch to you until you’ve confirmed you are home and ready for them. They’re open that they are not the cheapest option (also not the most expensive) but they’re quality does make up for that in my personal opinion and most of their services like electrical replacements are guaranteed for life. And each of the services they provide requires different professionals. If you book plumbing and electrical (or any two different services) at the same time you will have two different people come (or more), potentially on different days or at different times. Overall I’m incredibly happy with all the work they’ve done for us.

Even though ACE had repaired Aprox 2 years ago my electrical panel and made a good job 👍🏽 I called them back for a 2nd inspection they did not thought to come a check to make sure it was not part of the 1st job done . Eliud was the technician who came to revise which did an exceptional job on looking and explaining what needed to be done. Thank you Eliud & ACE
