Ace Solves It All

ACE is a company I have grown to trust and admire; I’ve purchased two AC units from this company this far and have had no issues. Yesterday I received an estimate for electrical work and was so happy to know that it was a job that could be completed the same day and wouldn’t cost me an arm and a leg. The Service Technician Dan was professional, he explained the nature of the assessment prior to starting; once he identified the repair needed he explained the problem and gave a quote which I was more than happy to pay considering it was so reasonable. Dan is quite knowledgeable, he works efficiently and cleans his work area. He’s also down to earth - very easy to talk to; almost kept him chatting lol. Great employee Ace!

I called this morning and was greeted with a nice lady. I was called later to let me know that Dan was on his way. He was a pleasant, knowledgeable person I do appreciate answering my call. He went right to work after he explained the situation. He answered all my questions. If I ever need anything again, I am sure I will call and ask for Dan Dowley. Thank all of you hard workers.

Scam artists ! They came to my home to install a new Lenox thermostat and fix the AC on a hot day , after he could not make the thermostat work , the technician said it would cost $1039 to run a wire short diagnostic to find a solution , he was adamant that the diagnostic would take up a long time about 8 hours as the system we have is complex , because we needed to cool our home asap we said okay, do it get it done, we need the system working asap … after about 1 hour and 1/2 he said he found the problem , he said we had a short in the low voltage wire and that some one else would come in the morning to fix it !

They never came back ! We called their office told them what happen and they never called back … we called another company which showed a few days later, which told us that we did not have a short in the wire and that they actually broke the new thermostat and that they were basically ripping us off ! They new company fix the problem for a fraction of the cost and got us a warranty on the new thermostat they broke !

In summary , they are overpriced, scam artists in my opinion , paid them a $1039 , broke a new thermostat that cost $400 and lef let me hanging without AC for days .

The experience was painless. From other people who experience plumbers, I heard horror stories. However, my experience with ACE exceeded my expectations. Cost effective is number one concern. The job done went perfect. The service technician was professional, honest,trustworthy, and experience. He provided me options and an honest assessment of my situation. The initial estimate over the phone was very close to the quote presented to me prior to the job. I’m very please of the workmanship and will use them again if a situation arises

Eliud and Billy were amazing. They will absolutely be referred to my friends and family members. If you need electrical work done ask for them specifically. You won't regret it!

This business would get 10 Stars if it was listed, the gentleman Eliud Montanez was an angel sent by God. He was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. I have a antique mobile home with fuses not breakers and All my power went out. It was just one fuse which went out. He assessed the problem quickly. And all my power is on. His honesty by not taking advantage as many do, is what has me praising God. Your company has a Good, Honest, Respectable worker. I must save to upgrade and will be contacting your company to do the job!!!!! Thank you very very much

The technician / person that came initially didn’t do what he was supposed to come and do. He failed to correctly inspect voltage in my dryer outlet. Later, on another day, they continued to schedule and reschedule my appointments, causing me to reschedule my work hours/days around theirs.

Mark started my gas hot water . He then did a thorough evaluation of my plumbing system to determine why I was getting hot water out of cold faucet.
He was the third plumber to evaluate our problem and only he knew what test to perform to diagnose the problem and show me that we have a broken hot water pipe under our house.
Ace is coming to do our replace our pipes fulfilling all of our requirements for the job.
He was the most professional plumber we have found.

This was our first experience with Ace Solves it All. Dan was very professional and friendly. He gave us a fair and competitive estimate for the work to be done and didn't try to "upsell" us with services we didn't need.
