We had one section of home that lost power. Your service person came out, diagnosed the problem, and repaired it. He was very cordial, professional in his work and interaction with us. An estimated was provided of the work to be done and agreed upon. Work was done satisfactory and areas cleaned before departing..

Eliud resolved a situation that a different electric company was not able to figure out. He and his partner who came onsite were very professional, friendly and quick to assess and resolve what was going on. As soon as he left the office called to make sure everything went well also, so the company seems to care about their reputation and making sure the customer is satisfied. Thanks to both of the guys who came out and resolved my stress over this weird electrical issue going on.

Dan did a really professional job. He was here on time. Explain what he thought was needed and proceeded to do an excellent job. Because the house is over 60 years old several things needed to be updated in addition to what was obvious in need of repair. The price was fair and I am pleased with the outcome. No corners were cut. He is very personal and a good example of caring well trained electrician. ACE can take pride in how this employee represents the company.

Dan arrived as scheduled. He was mindful to wear his mask and booties when he entered our home. Dan was very professional as we communicated the issues that we were experiencing.
He checked the outlets inside and outside, and reset the ones that needed to be done.

Kitchen water faucets. Company answered call quickly and scheduled service within a short time frame. Mark was exceptional, friendly, and explained process. Worked diligently and cleaned up very well. Highly recommend company and especially Mark.

Mark was great and very professional. Did not try to up charge on his leak inspection. Was very insightful. Helped us take the next general steps and provided a trusted contact to help solve our issue that is suspected of not being plumbing related.
