Ace Solves It All

Nobody told us about the dispatch service fee. When a representative of the company reached us over the phone for the appointment reminder, we asked several times if there was an service fee for coming to the house to give us an estimate for the repairs and she said no. Also, we asked the technician before coming to the house and he again said no. But be aware! there is a "dispatch service fee". We wouldn't been mad if they had told us since beginning, but the fact that it was brought it up at the end it made us very upset and not wanting their service anymore. We have to say though that the technician was very knowledgeable and professional.

Mark was very professional and offered valuable information even after he realized they don’t do the work I needed and waived the service fee.

Mark from ACE plumbing services was very professional and efficient in finding a pin hole leak in a copper pipe behind the wall in our master bathroom shower. He priced 2 options to fix it, we decided and quickly repaired the defective plumbing area. He seemed very honest and ethical. This speaks for ACE services.

Dan was very professional in carrying out his assessment. He represented his company very well. I learned a lot from him as to how my electrical system works.

Eliud and Sam arrived on time and were extremely knowledgeable and professional. They thoroughly explained the issue and fixed it effectively and efficiently.
I highly recommend them, and will absolutely use them in the future.

Rip off. Quoted $1800 to replace a shower valve. Ridiculous! Had it replaced for $625 by another company who sent master plumber. Watch your wallet with this bunch.

Response from owner is not worth anything to me, don't be fooled by how they try and explain their very excessive pricing and questionable practices. In this instance they sent their tech out based upon tenant calling and never asked if they were the owner. The technician also "never" confirmed if they were dealing with owner before evaluating a dripping shower. I don't know how they can take call and send tech without consent from owner and if that's even legal but I'll be checking into it. With the $1800 estimate from the tech for valve replacement he went on to tell the tenants that the copper pipes are shot and need to be replaced. This is a condo and plumbing in walls are the HOA responsibility. These tenants were under contract to buy this condo and this companies unauthorized evaluation and excessive quote has created a lot of concern for the tenants/buyers and placed closing in jeopardy. In addition, the tech said you can't just replace the cartridge in the shower valve because the valve is over 10 years old. As it turns out, the $625 price to change out valve from the other master plumber who did the repair actually gave me that price over the phone. When he got there he advised all it needed was just a new cartridge and that reduced the charge to just $275. This Ace Solves It All didn't solve anything but you be the judge. I reiterate, watch your wallet with this bunch.

I reached out through their website to help us replace or repair our panel. They responded very quickly and had somebody out there the next day. Eliud was extremely professional and personable. He assessed the situation and figured out our best options and was able to replace our panel as quickly as possible. We truly appreciate all the work he put into it, everything is running great now (and no longer crackling!)

Dan Dowdy replaced our electrical panel and he was absolutely fantastic. He was very friendly and very professional and knowledgeable about the work he was doing. He explained everything he was going to do. The panel he replaced was put in when they built the house and the wires were all over the place. When Dan got done the wires were all neatly placed. He was very neat and cleaned up after himself and even vacuumed the floor. We would highly recommend Dan.

When I called, the staff was friendly and were able to send someone out the following day. Eliud was the technician who came. He was friendly, very informative and was able to fix everything on the spot. Very professional company, we will definitely be using them again!

I made an appointment for an estimate to have new electrical outlets installed for a washer and dryer. Eliud and Ralph arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly and then said they could do the work right away! It took them about two hours from start to finish and I couldn’t be happier! I had called another electrician last week and we set up a day and time, and he never showed up. Ace did everything politely, punctually, and professionally, and if I ever need work done again, I will call Ace.
