Ace Solves It All

Dan was outstanding! We were having issues with the breaker leading to our pool equipment, which it turns out was improperly installed. Dan was able to quickly diagnose the issue and bring the system up to code with the proper setup. He was knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. This was a great experience!

Ace's technicians are always professional, prompt, and do excellent work. Dan, our electrician was thorough in his inspection, and explained everything he was doing. We also use Ace for our plumbing and AC and I can't recommend them highly enough!

Eliud from Ace Solves It All was very professional, he and his associates worked very diligently to fix the electrical panel for my pool heater, jacuzzi jets and filter. They also installed a surge protector to protect my whole home. I'm very happy with the work they performed and will definitely use them again.

ACE Solves it All, specifically Mr. Montanez, did an absolutely outstanding job completing the wiring for our Hot Tub. We also used ACE with Mr. Montanez to install Ceiling Fans on our Lanai….another successful and completely satisfying experience. As we are new to the area, we intend to use ACE for all of our electrical and plumbing needs. The electrical technician we’ve used thus far , Mr. Eliud Montanez, is very professional, efficient, and is a very good representative of ACE Solves it All Company.

Mark Elder was our plumbing tech. He was thorough in explain all of our options, found the problem, fixed the problem, cleaned it up and left our house back in working order. He was beyond helpful in giving us information of how to address moving forward and just a great guy. Very personable, professional, and knowledgeable.

Mark was so kind and helpful! He gave me 3 options ranging from a small repair to a full installation. Very courteous, clean, and thorough! I already have my appointment for my next service planned!

Johnny Harris was my technician today, he was friendly, knowledgeable and Cool. He gave me an assessment of what was wrong with my Water heater. Offered my solutions and was very honest. I have a home warranty plan and if they don’t tell me the same thing as Johnny, I’m giving the job to Johnny and ACE.

My electric dryer stopped working due to a shorted wire in the dryer outlet. Euliud checked my circuit breaker panel and determined that it was in accordance with code and specs; and the problem was not there. He inspected the dryer outlet and confirmed there had not only been a short, but that the outlet needed replacement and the wire connection needed proper connecting. He discussed the several options for the job and the procedures going forward. I appreciated his professionalism, courtesy and knowledge in his job. I chose the best option for me and he efficiently completed his task. There were some enhanced options that I would have liked to have chosen, but now I couldn't accommodate financially.

We detected a leak in our line and called Ace on fathers day and they dispatched Mark right away. Ace called back with an estimated time of less than one hour after we called. The technician (Mark) sent us a text along with his photo letting us know of his arrival time of which he was very prompt and highly professional. After introducing himself he got right to the solution of the problem and was done in no tome at all. The cost was very reasonable and Mark was cordial and professional. I highly Mark and his Company for your plumbing needs. They do things RIGHT.

Manny was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and went BEYOND all expectations! He was super helpful and made sure that our situation with our pipe busting was fixed fast but done well so we wouldn’t have this problem again in the near future.
