Ace Solves It All

Eliud is amazing. He is extremely professional and explained my options in a straightforward manner. He is also personable and thoughtful. My experience with your company from the first call throughout the process has been excellent thus far.

Needed a new hot water heater. ACE only company that didn't charge a fee to look. Mark was very knowledgable and walked me thru my options. I decided to go with them. Their quote was equatible to others I received.

Very professional, prompt and seems to know exactly what they are doing. I would definitely hire them again, if I need any help with electrical or plumbing work. They also did gas line plumbing for my pool heater, outdoor grills, indoor stove and dryer.

We used ACE to replace the hot and cold water valves behind the washer machine. We recently had some other plumbing work done from another local company as we felt ACE had a very high price tag. On top of the expense, when the installers came out to hook up our new washer machine, one of the new valves was leaking that ACE had just installed the day before. I did notice that the ACE technician did not wait 30 mins for the glue to dry (and to re-test) like the other company did that we had out the week prior for another valve.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! The plumber wthat came out was nice and completed the work, that is not the issue. The issue here is the cost as well as the service on the other side. I have a shower riser changed with a much higher charge than i thought it should be come to find out its almost 3 times the rate of other plumbers, and my insurance company needs a Itemized receipt for the work done that the company flat cant provide for the fix that was completed. its get broken down to the job and the dispatch fee but nothing else nothing for the cost of parts or anything else that was done and nothing to show what caused the cost of this particular fix. save you self the headache look elsewhere.

Tech was great! He explained everything and when a problem arose he was prepared to fix it. Our text Mark was very personable extremely polite and if you had a question he answered it immediately. Thanks again Ace

Dan came and accessed all of our electric at our house. He did a great job! He was professional and friendly. He explained options as to what services he recommend. This is my 2nd time using Ace Solves it all and I will call them again when needed!

We are very happy with the service we received from Dan (and Ralph)! They arrived promptly as promised and braved the brutal heat to install a surge protector and dig a trench installing conduit, wire, and RV plug in the requested location. They tested to confirm proper operation and cleaned up behind themselves. Both were very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and a pleasure to deal with. We will definitely use them again and will recommend them to others!

We had some issues after the hurricane when our power was restored. Dan came out and was able to find the problem and fix it right away. Very kind and professional! Went over and beyond to make sure we had service. Will continue to do business with Ace Solves It All! Thank you!
