Mark was great. He is Very knowledgeable and experience, respectful , and pleasant to talk with. He rerouted my existing gas pipe from the attic to a a new location in the kitchen and to the new stove. I highly recommend him.

He wore booties when he came in the house, and was very informative about what was going on the the work he was doing and informed us of other things their company offers. Great experience from start to finish. Kristen was great in getting us set up for a same day service call. She called to update when the tech was on the way and again to confirm when the install team would be coming. The tech arrived, looked into our problem and explained our options. My only hesitation was the price but when it was explained all that the package included it became much clearer this was our best option. And I’m happy to say there were no surprises. The next day Sean and Alex arrived early. They were both very polite and personable. They installed a new a/c unit and new thermostat. After they were finished they walked us through what was done and how to operate the thermostat. What most impressed us was all the little things. The wiring and other things that were updated. The way they handled any challenges that came up. The way they cleaned up after themselves. It showed a high level of professionalism in them both. I would absolutely recommend them. Very pleased. Great job Sean and Alex!

Good service came out even though we were out side their regular area since we had no water in the house. Completely re-plumbed the house in less than two days. They stand behind there work. The only issue we have had is the time it has taken to get an inspection, and that is as likely to be the county's fault as the plumbers.

I have been trying to get ACE to come to my place for 2 weeks now, and I'll gladly change my review after they decide to show up. They don't guarantee time slots for an appointment, but claim they will contact you with an estimated time of arrival for the technician on the day of your appointment. I take no issue with this, I understand that contractors are in high demand and flexible scheduling is key to getting everything done.

However, both dates I gave them to do the service, I got absolutely no communication the entire day. On the first day, I got a call at 5pm on the day of my appointment to tell me that the technician won't be coming. It would've been nice to know earlier, so I'm able to make other plans. The second day, I got absolutely zero confirmation that they were coming, no communication, and when I contacted them at 5pm on the day of the appointment for an update, I was told they inputted my information incorrectly and they need to reschedule for another date.

Two weeks of scheduling mishaps, and absolutely no work getting done. I'm frustrated because I was told these people are the "best in the business." I was told that they're professional, that they do great work, and that they deliver prompt service. I've seen absolutely none of that so far.
