AC Express

AC Express showed up on time, were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and had my units checked over quickly and thoroughly. I had called around and they had the best pricing by far in the Cedar Park/Leander area.

These guys are great! They came quickly and we're finished in less than an hour. Honest and reasonable prices. Will use them for all my a/c needs in the future!

They are great. Very honest punctual and fair. Free estimates if you live in the area and they found the problem in one minute. Will definitively call them again!

So I called for a simple AC condensation line clog. All it needed was as imple air pressure blow out. Instead, they insisted they needed to cut the whole line and clean the entire coil.

Needless to say, this was not needed and another company did the simple unclog job for way cheaper than this company.

They just want to run up the bill.

I called them Friday around 9:00 pm, they said they were going to come and check the AC Sat at 10 am. They never came in, I tried to call around 40 times, left voice messages, sent emails and 9 hrs later nobody have called me back. It was a no call no show. I considered this an emergency since it’s been 100*F

Our upstairs A/C went out last night. We hadn't expected that this weekend! We called Austin AC Express and they were at our house at 10am Saturday morning to replace our unit. yay, cool air!

AC Express came out on a Sunday morning to get my AC working again. Ended up being a busted capacitor and they got me back on track to survive this Texas heat. Thank you!!
