After being dissatisfied with a plumber recommended on Nextdoor... I decided to go with a company with great reviews on Google. Dial One Johnson Plumbing didn't disappoint. We received same day service. James was our technician and he was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and explained everything that was easy to understand. The best thing about this service call was the price which didn't shock me or my pockets. I will definitely recommend and use their services in the future.

Dial One Johnson is a fantastic company. We used them (Jonathan) about a year and a half ago to help us jet the lines- fantastic job! Just recently we have had to call for clogs in the line and James, Jacob, and Gabe all did a fantastic job. This company is very fair and honest. Paying for plumbing repair is not fun but at least this company provides a fair value for services provided, with top notch customer service.

We called late on a Saturday night and was informed that the emergency fee would be much higher than if we waited until normal business hours. We were also quoted an estimate based on what we described the problem was. I appreciated the honesty more than anything. Other plumbers we called that night were not forthcoming about pricing. The price we paid was actually less than our estimate and the technicians did an amazing job. They were fast and informative. I will definitely use them from now on.
