Technicians showed up on schedule. They were both incredibly courteous and professional. The old AC unit was successfully removed, and the new one was expertly installed. While I waited for the new AC unit to be delivered, they assisted me in moving my furniture back to where the temporary AC unit had been and demonstrated how to use the new thermostat.
