James and his intern where very professional and respectful and courteous and understanding and all around great guys. Very knowledgeable and showed up the same day I need to work done and got it done very grateful for the company being available today. I will be calling them back for tankless water heater install and future repairs.
My wife and I and our seven kids now have water.

Brian came out in the time frame I had requested, he listened to my problem and explained everything he was doing thru the whole process. Brian worked to locate a leak in my yard and repaired it. Very happy with the service provided from my initial phone scheduling the service all the way to completion.

So grateful to James for taking the time to actually show me the plumbing problem. He was so respectful and thorough, and I appreciated James not taking advantage of the situation with honest feedback!!

My tankless water heater was having problems, I called around 11am and the phone was answered promptly, the lady I spoke with was very kind and helpful, she was able to get someone out within an hour even though they gave me a few hour window.

The plumber that showed up was very knowledgeable, found the issue right away which was a problem with the igniter, he cleaned it off and that solved it. The guy was very nice and above all they didn’t charge me some BS charges. I recommend 1000%.

Every technician that Dial One has sent to our home has been beyond respectful, patient and willing to explain things in a way the layman can understand. The technicians are always honest about the work that should be done and never try to upsell. Also, the maintenance plan is well worth the annual fee!

Was ready to panic when I found my water heating leaking at 1AM and my laundry room flooded. They were able to send someone out first thing in the morning who was very knowledgeable and professional and got me fixed up in a timely manner. Will definitely use them again for any plumbing/HVAC needs.

Serviceman arrived on time. Discussed our problem with us, told us what he would be doing to solve our problem, cost of the service and went right to work. He was able to get our drains and sewer cleared in about an hour. Our system is working great. We were very pleased with his service. We highly recommend him.
