Emmett was great! Helped fix our heating problem and explained everything in a way I could understand.

Service was prompt and repairs were completed in an expedited manner. The technician was very cordial and did an outstanding job!

We were very happy with Dial One plumbing and with our technician, Michael Young! They were responsive and communicative in planning and Mike did a thorough job investigating the problem and fixing it quickly. He was also very informative about how we can avoid similar issues in the future. Definitely recommend this company!

Updated review to add another experience: Joseph & partner came out to fix a toilet, they were fast, efficient, had great attitudes and we actually laughed a lot. This is definitely my go to company.
James and the other plumber that came out (can't remember his name) tried very hard to find the source of a random smell that we keep getting. They really went above and beyond checking EVERYTHING inside and out of the house. While we can't find the source of the smell, these guys couldn't have done anything more. They were so helpful in explaining the things they were checking and ruling out. So nice and polite. I would 100% use them again. Highly recommend.

Dial one came out fast to help with a gas issue I had. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. I definitely recommend them to anyone having plumbing issues.

Mike was absolutely wonderful!!! He was very nice, professional and on time! He went over and beyond what was required. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is in need of plumbing repairs. They were prompt in their responses to my many inquiries, and they completed the repair within only a few hours. They were professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. The entire process, from scheduling the appointment to paying for the service upon completion, was seamless. All in all, one of the best companies I have ever dealt with.

My water heater busted early in the morning I called up Dial 1 and they had a guy out in a couple of hours. I needed a new one so they got me a quote and installed it the same day my tech was Joseph and he did an awesome job. Very professional and knew what he was doing only took a few hours and I got hot water again.

I had a bathtub faucet in my parents' home that was on full blast and could not be turned off. Being an original fixture from 1966, it was no longer repairable. Gabe, the tech from Dial One Johnson Plumbing, correctly diagnosed this, and as a workaround, installed the new faucet stems anyway so that I could keep the water on at the house. This reduced the faucet leak to a trickle, and gives me the time I need to find a contractor to rebuild the bathroom. Thanks Gabe.
