Emmett was responsive, professional and kind! Dial One got out here quickly and fixed our AC. Emmett showed us what he was doing and what to look for if anything seems amiss. Highly recommend this company!

At first it seems like a very nice company; very nice on the phone for scheduling and a very nice tech who came out to the house and determined my problem. I have a Pioneer mini-split which is under warrantee and have a bad circuit board. The circuit board is at no cost so the company couldn't charge for that. I was told that if they came back and put it in that I would not have to pay another $89 service fee, that it would be deducted from the cost of the service. I asked how much it would be to install the circuit board and was given an estimate of $192. Given that I had been told it would take about 30 to 45 min to install, and that I would not have to pay another $89 service fee, this seemed rather high.

I called to get an explanation for the amount and was put on the phone with Josh, a service manager of sorts, I guess. His response to my concern about how much this was to cost was to ask me if I wanted to install it my self, literally. He made it clear that was going to be the only explanation for why a 30 to 45 minute service was going to be over $190. IOW, if you don't like it, install it your self.

Granted, he did call back and offer to return the $89 service fee from the first visit and even said he could apply a $50 off coupon but offered no apology and frankly didn't sound too concerned either way. Once again, IOW, he was initially willing to allow me to pay him over $190 for a 30 to 45 minute service if I was too ignorant to question it.

Needless to say, I would not recommend them to anyone.
