Gabriel was super professional and found the location of the leak and inside the wall is where he had to get to. but in order to the leaky had to remove the water heater, which was a tedious task, cut, open the wall behind the water heater, fix the leak, put the sheet rock back securely, then put the water heater back and then he updated our water heater to code before he left the job I believe he’s going to go home knowing he made this house safe and livable again, thank you Dial one for finding such a great asset for your company.

Dial One was very responsive in repairing a leak that occurred between our first and second floors and was dripping into our first floor bathroom. The repair was complicated by the location and required extra effort. Thanks to our Dial One specialist, Joseph, the repair was completed perfectly. In addition, he cleaned up afterwards.
